Claims (2)
- 1. A method for monitoring defects in contact connections of busbars of switchgear assemblies under operating voltage, including measuring the temperature values of the contact connection being monitored, recording, transmitting, analyzing and evaluating the measured values, characterized in that, in addition to the temperature values of the contact connection, the temperature values of the air surrounding the contact connection and the amplitude values of the ultrasonic signal passed through the contact connection being monitored are measured, wherein the measured and recorded values are automatically transmitted to specialized software that performs analysis and evaluation of the presence of a defect.

A device for implementing a method for monitoring defects in contact connections of busbars of complete switchgear units under operating voltage, consisting of a receiving piezoelectric transducer connected to the first input of an attenuator, the output of which is connected in series with an amplifier and the first input of an analog-to-digital converter, the output of the analog-to-digital converter is connected to the input of a direct memory access controller, the first output of which is connected in series with a high-frequency pulse generator and an emitting piezoelectric transducer, the second output of the direct memory access controller is connected to the input of a random access memory device and the input of an interrupt controller, the outputs of the random access memory device and the interrupt controller are connected to the first and second inputs of a software control unit, the third input of the software control unit is connected to a control keyboard, wherein the first output of the software control unit is connected to the second input of the attenuator, characterized in that the device comprises a contact connection temperature sensor connected to the second input of the analog-to-digital converter, an ambient air temperature sensor connected to the third input of the analog-to-digital converter a converter, a read-only memory device connected to the fourth input of the software control unit, and a wireless data transmission device connected to the second output of the software control unit.
