Claims (12)

  1. 1. A derivative of topramesone or an agrochemically acceptable salt thereof, wherein said derivative of topramesone is:
  2. compound I, named 1-((4-(3-(4,5-dihydroisoxazol-3-yl)-2-methyl-4-(methylsulfonyl)benzoyl)-1-methyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)oxy)methyl ethyl carbonate, with the following structural formula:
  3. 2. The use of a topramezone derivative or an agrochemically acceptable salt thereof according to claim 1 for the control of harmful plants, wherein the harmful plants comprise weeds of the Poaceae family, weeds of the Cyperaceae family and broadleaf weeds.
  4. 3. The use according to claim 2, wherein the weeds of the family Poaceae comprise the species Digitaria sanguinalis, Eleusine indica, Echinochloa crusgalli, Setaria italica and Chloris virgata;
  5. Weeds of the family Cyperaceae include the species Cyperus rotundus; and
  6. Broadleaf weeds include the species Portulaca oleracea, Abutilon theophrasti, Amaranthus retroflexus, Chenopodium album, Acalypha australis, Commelina communis, Convolvulus arvensis, Cirsium setosum, and Eclipta prostrata.
  7. 4. An agrochemical composition containing a derivative of topramezone or its agrochemically acceptable salt according to claim 1.
  8. 5. Use of the agrochemical composition according to paragraph 4 in obtaining a herbicide.
  9. 6. The use according to paragraph 5, wherein the herbicide is intended for the destruction of weeds on agricultural land.
  10. 7. The use according to paragraph 6, wherein the herbicide is intended for the destruction of weeds in corn crops.
  11. 8. A herbicide containing the following active ingredients: a derivative of topramezone or its agrochemically acceptable salt according to paragraph 1.
  12. 9. A herbicide containing an agrochemical composition according to paragraph 4.
