Claims (16)
- 1. A Venturi separator, characterized in that the Venturi separator contains a Venturi tube and a liquid phase collection tube, which covers at least a part of the structure of the Venturi tube, wherein the Venturi tube contains the following sequentially connected sections: an optional section with a constant diameter, a section with a reduced diameter, a neck and a section with an increased diameter, and the Venturi separator contains a gas phase inlet, a liquid phase inlet, a liquid phase outlet and a gas phase outlet, wherein an opening is provided on the side wall of the section with an increased diameter of the Venturi tube or at the end of the section with an increased diameter, and said opening leads to the liquid phase collection tube.
- 2. A Venturi separator according to claim 1, characterized in that an opening is provided on the wall of the Venturi tube for injecting a liquid phase into a section with a reduced diameter of the Venturi tube, preferably the distance between the position of said opening for injecting a liquid phase and the neck is from 1/10 to 2/3 of the length of the section with a reduced diameter, more preferably the distance between the position of said opening for injecting a liquid phase and the neck is from 1/6 to 1/2 of the length of the section with a reduced diameter.
- 3. A Venturi separator according to any one of paragraphs 1, 2, characterized in that a nozzle may be provided in the Venturi tube in the hole for injecting the liquid phase on the wall of the tube.
- 4. A Venturi separator according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the inlet of the liquid phase of the Venturi separator is connected in the Venturi tube to an opening for injecting the liquid phase on the wall of the tube through a liquid supply pipe, which optionally passes through the wall of the liquid phase collection pipe, wherein the angle between said liquid supply pipe and the generatrix of the cone of the reduced diameter section of the Venturi tube, which is located under said liquid supply pipe, is 10-90° and preferably 30-80°, preferably said liquid phase enters the Venturi tube through the opening for injecting the liquid phase in a tangential direction with respect to the horizontal circumference of the Venturi tube.

A Venturi separator according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the upper part of said tube for collecting a liquid phase is closed and comprises a pipeline with openings for discharging a gas phase from the Venturi separator, an outlet at the upper end of said pipeline with openings ensures the discharge of a gas phase from the Venturi separator, while said pipeline with openings passes through the upper part of the tube for collecting a liquid phase, and then passes downwards towards the end of the section with an increased diameter of the Venturi tube, optionally a gap is provided between the lower end of said pipeline with openings and the end of the section with an increased diameter of the Venturi tube to ensure the discharge of the liquid phase.

A Venturi separator according to any one of paragraphs 1-5, characterized in that the diameter of the pipeline of said pipeline with openings is greater than or is the same as the diameter of the opening at the end of said section with an increased diameter, preferably the diameter of the pipeline of said pipeline with openings is the same as the diameter of the opening at the end of said section with an increased diameter.
- 7. A Venturi separator according to any one of paragraphs 1-6, characterized in that the diameter of said tube for collecting the liquid phase is greater than the maximum diameter of the Venturi tube located therein, preferably the diameter of said tube for collecting the liquid phase is greater than the maximum diameter of the Venturi tube located therein by 30%, for example by 10% or 5%.
- 8. A Venturi separator according to any one of paragraphs 1-7, characterized in that the Venturi separator further comprises a device that causes gas to enter the Venturi tube in a spiral flow mode, or a device that causes gas to enter the Venturi tube tangentially.
- 9. A Venturi separator according to any one of paragraphs 1-8, characterized in that said device, which causes gas to enter the Venturi tube in a spiral flow mode, is a vortex central tube, inside said vortex central tube there are spiral guide vanes, said vortex central tube is located at the inlet of a section with a reduced diameter of the Venturi tube or is located in a section with a constant diameter of the Venturi tube, and the lower inlet of said vortex central tube provides an inlet of the gas phase into the Venturi separator or is in communication with the inlet of the gas phase of the Venturi separator.
- 10. A Venturi separator according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that said vortex central tube is present in the singular or plural, preferably in the plural, and said plurality of vortex central tubes are arranged in parallel.
- 11. A Venturi separator according to any one of paragraphs 1-10, characterized in that the structure for directing the spiral flow of gas is located on the inner walls of the optional constant diameter section, the reduced diameter section, the throat and the increased diameter section of the Venturi tube; preferably, vortex vanes or spiral guide vanes are selected as said structure.
- 12. A Venturi separator according to claim 11, characterized in that said vortex vanes or spiral guide vanes are selected to be single-start vortex vanes or single-start spiral guide vanes, or multi-start vortex vanes or multi-start spiral guide vanes with a number n of thread starts, where n is a positive integer greater than 1.
- 13. A Venturi separator according to any one of paragraphs 1-11, characterized in that the lower part of the tube for collecting the liquid phase is connected to a pipeline for discharging the liquid, and a liquid seal is provided in the lower part of the tube for collecting the liquid phase.
- 14. Use of a Venturi separator according to any one of claims 1 to 13 for multiphase separation in a chemical process, preferably for stripping separation of liquid components and washing separation or extraction separation of gas components.
- 15. The use according to claim 14, wherein the Venturi separator is used for washing and removing liquid components in the gas phase using a washing liquid, wherein the ratio of the volumetric flow rates of said gas phase and said washing liquid is from 70:1 to 2500:1, preferably from 200:1 to 1100:1, and the resulting degree of removal of the liquid phase can be from 82% to 99.9%, preferably from 90% to 99.9%.
- 16. The use according to claim 14, wherein the gas inlet velocity into the Venturi separator is from 1 m/s to 40 m/s, preferably from 5 m/s to 35 m/s; the pressure loss in the Venturi separator is from 0.1 kPa to 10 kPa, preferably from 0.2 kPa to 5 kPa; and/or the absolute pressure of the liquid phase at the liquid phase injection port is from 180 kPa to 1500 kPa.
