Claims (10)

  1. 1. A flushing fluid circulation system comprising a circulation tank, wherein the circulation tank is equipped with a flushing fluid supply pipeline and a flushing fluid return pipeline, characterized in that the circulation tank is additionally equipped with a self-circulation pipeline, both ends of the self-circulation pipeline are connected to the circulation tank, a self-circulation pump, a super-oleophobic microfilter and a fine filtration device are installed in series on the self-circulation pipeline; in said super-oleophobic microfilter, a super-oleophobic coating is applied to the outer surface of the microfiltration membrane tube.

The flushing fluid circulation system according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the circulation tank includes a settling zone and a clean zone, wherein the inlet end of the flushing fluid return pipeline and the self-circulation pipeline are connected to the settling zone, and the outlet end of the pipeline for supplying flushing fluid and the self-circulation pipeline are connected to the clean zone.
  3. 3. The circulation system for the washing liquid according to paragraph 2, characterized in that said sedimentation zone is connected to said clean zone.
  4. 4. The flushing fluid circulation system according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the superoleophobic microfilter is equipped with a regeneration mechanism.

The flushing liquid circulation system according to paragraph 4, characterized in that said regeneration mechanism includes a flushing tube that is connected to the cavity of the microfiltration membrane tube; and/or said regeneration mechanism includes a purging tube that is connected to the internal cavity of the superoleophobic microfilter housing and directed toward the outer wall of the microfiltration membrane tube.
  6. 6. The flushing fluid circulation system according to paragraph 1, characterized in that said fine filtration device includes a membrane filter for retention.
  7. 7. A flushing fluid circulation system according to paragraph 1, characterized in that a coarse filtration device is installed on the return flushing fluid pipeline.
  8. 8. The flushing fluid circulation system according to paragraph 7, characterized in that said coarse filtration device includes a magnetic filter.
  9. 9. A flushing fluid circulation system according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the outlet of the superoleophobic microfilter sediment is connected to a device for squeezing out oil sludge.
  10. 10. A steel cleaning system including a washing tank, characterized in that it further comprises a washing liquid circulation system described in any of paragraphs 1-9, wherein the washing liquid supply pipeline is connected to the washing liquid inlet of the washing tank, and the washing liquid return pipeline is connected to the washing liquid outlet of the washing tank.
