Claims (13)
- 1. A combined strip degreasing system, characterized in that it includes a series-connected front cleaning section, a dry oil removal section, and a rear cleaning section, wherein strip drying units are installed at the strip outlet of the front cleaning section and at the strip outlet of the rear cleaning section.
- 2. A system for combined strip degreasing according to claim 1, characterized in that said front cleaning section includes a soaking bath, a first bath of a high-pressure jet washer, at least one section of a front bath of a brush washer, and a second bath of a high-pressure jet washer, connected in series in the direction of movement of the strip.
- 3. The combined strip degreasing system according to claim 2, characterized in that said front cleaning section is additionally equipped with a circulating tank of washing liquid and a tank of filtered water, wherein the front brush washer bath consists of two sections; said soaking tank, said first tank of the high-pressure jet washer, each of said front brush washer baths and said second tank of the high-pressure jet washer have a washing liquid outlet, which is connected to the circulating liquid inlet of the circulating tank of washing liquid. Said soaking tank and the first front brush washer bath have a washing liquid inlet, which is connected to the circulating liquid outlet of the circulating tank of washing liquid. The inlets of the washing liquid of the first bath of the high-pressure jet washer, the second front bath of the brush washer and the second bath of the high-pressure jet washer are connected to the outlet of the filtered water of the filtered water tank.

A combined strip degreasing system according to paragraph 3, characterized in that the circulation tank of the washing liquid includes an interconnected circulation zone and a filtration zone, wherein the inlet and outlet of the circulation liquid are located in the circulation zone, and the filtration zone is connected to the inlet of the filtration water of the filtration water tank through a filtration pipe on which a fine filtration device is installed.
- 5. A combined strip degreasing system according to paragraph 3, characterized in that a magnetic filter is installed on the inlet pipe of the circulation liquid of the circulation tank of the washing liquid.
- 6. A system for combined strip degreasing according to claim 1, characterized in that said rear cleaning section includes at least one section of a rear brush wash bath, a rinsing bath, and a final jet wash bath, connected in series in the direction of movement of the strip.
- 7. A combined strip degreasing system according to claim 6, characterized in that a circulation tank for rinsing is additionally installed in the rear cleaning section, wherein the inlets of the rinsing liquid of the rear bath of the brush washer and the rinsing tank are connected to the outlet of the rinsing water of the circulating tank for rinsing, and the outlets of the rinsing liquid of the rear bath of the brush washer, the rinsing tank and the final bath of the jet washer are connected to the inlet of the rinsing water of the circulating tank for rinsing.
- 8. A combined strip degreasing system according to claim 1, characterized in that a laser device for removing oil and/or a plasma device for removing oil are located in the dry oil removal section.
- 9. A system for combined strip degreasing according to paragraph 1, characterized in that both the front and rear processing sections include a brush wash bath, wherein the brush rollers in the brush wash bath are made with bristles having low surface energy.
- 10. A method for degreasing a strip, characterized in that it is implemented on the basis of a combined strip degreasing system described in any of paragraphs 1-9, wherein the method for degreasing the strip includes:
- S1, the strip is processed in the front cleaning section, after which the strip surface is dried in the strip drying unit;
- S2, the strip enters the dry oil removal section for processing, where the residual oil film on the surface of the strip is removed or converted into an easy-to-clean substance;
- S3, after entering the rear cleaning section, the processed strip is dried in the strip drying unit to prepare for subsequent production processes.
