Claims (20)

  1. 1. A method for quantitative feedback and regulation of the quality of acid etching, characterized in that a module for quantitative assessment of the quality of acid etching is installed in the acid etching system, which receives the deviation of the quantitative assessment of the quality of acid etching by constructing a model for quantitative assessment of the quality of acid etching, and, depending on the deviation of the quantitative assessment of the quality of acid etching, launches the corresponding feedback and regulation means for quantitative feedback and regulation of the quality of acid etching.
  2. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the module for quantitative assessment of the quality of acid etching constructs a model for quantitative assessment of the quality of acid etching based on the AHP method.
  3. 3. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that the model for quantitatively assessing the quality of acid pickling uses the deviation between the target value and the current quantitative result as an indicator for assessing the quality of cold rolling and acid pickling.
  4. 4. The method according to paragraph 3, characterized in that the corresponding weights of the indicators are set depending on the level of acid etching defects.

The method according to paragraph 4, characterized in that the said weights of the indicators are established depending on the level of acid etching defects and specifically include: based on data on defects, such as the area of the defect, the length of the defect, the perimeter of the defect, the ratio of the length and width of the defective area, the shape factor of the defect and the eigenvalue during the “gray box” testing of the defect, at least based on one of these parameters, by constructing a defect evaluation matrix, the weights of the indicators corresponding to the level of acid etching defects are calculated.

The method according to paragraph 3, characterized in that the response levels are divided into 5, from high to low: the power of the shot blasting machine motor, the power of the input sheet heating, the volume of the accelerator loading, the concentration of the acid solution, the temperature of the etching solution, wherein each response level corresponds to its own control limits.

The method according to paragraph 6, characterized in that, based on the deviation value, feedback and regulation means of the corresponding response level are launched in various ranges of threshold values, and the greater the deviation value, the higher the response level of the launched feedback and regulation means.
  8. 8. The method according to paragraph 7, characterized in that the deviation is divided into 5 intervals depending on the magnitude, each of which corresponds to one of the 5 feedback and control means, namely:
  9. when 0<δ<X1, the etching solution temperature adjustment is started to adjust the etching solution temperature;
  10. when X1<δ<X2, the etching solution concentration adjustment is started to adjust the etching solution concentration;
  11. when X2<δ<X3, the accelerator loading volume adjustment is started to correct the accelerator loading volume;
  12. when X3<δ<X4, the input sheet heating power adjustment is started to adjust the input sheet heating power;
  13. when X4<δ<X5, the shot blasting machine motor power adjustment is started to adjust the motor power;
  14. in this case X1<X2<X3<X4<X5 and X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 are all positive numbers.
  15. 9. A system for quantitative feedback and quality control of acid etching, characterized in that it includes:
  16. an acid etching quality quantitative evaluation module that obtains the deviation of the acid etching quality quantitative evaluation by constructing an acid etching quality quantitative evaluation model, and, according to the deviation of the acid etching quality quantitative evaluation, triggers corresponding feedback and adjustment means for quantitative feedback and adjustment of the acid etching quality.
  17. 10. An acid etching control system, characterized in that it includes:
  18. a module for quantitative assessment of the quality of acid etching, designed to obtain the quality of acid etching using any of the quantitative feedback and control methods described in paragraphs 1-8, and transmitting this information to the PLC;
  19. PLC designed to receive data on the etching quality transmitted from the quantitative assessment module and to calculate the electric motor torque based on this data;
  20. an electric motor designed to regulate speed depending on the specified torque;
