A high-speed unmanned aerial vehicle comprising a body with an aerodynamic fairing configured to accommodate on-board equipment, a power source, and a payload, characterized in that a cylindrical channel is installed in the lower part of the body, comprising an inlet device made in the form of a diffuser, and an outlet device made in the form of a nozzle, wherein inside said channel a blade machine is placed, mounted on the engine shaft and configured to create thrust due to the flow of air, wherein the cylindrical channel is secured relative to the body by means of at least three posts rigidly connecting the channel to the body, wherein at least two aerodynamic stabilizers are installed circumferentially on the outer side of said cylindrical channel, wherein at the outer end of each stabilizer a power plant is placed, comprising a propeller hub mounted with the possibility of rotation, and at least two blades fixed to said hub, forming a propeller, wherein the blades are made folding with the possibility of transition from the working position to the folded position with laying along aerodynamic fairing of the power plant when switching to the cruising flight mode, while aerodynamic control surfaces are hinged at the rear of each stabilizer.
