Claims (10)

  1. 1. A device for controlling the deformation of wood-polymer panels that do not contain PVC, characterized in that it includes an extrusion head fixedly connected to the extruder for outputting a semi-finished panel product, as well as a block of draw rolls consisting of several draw rolls and intended for drawing and forming the semi-finished panel product; wherein the extrusion head includes an outlet opening for outputting the semi-finished panel product, wherein said outlet opening is located at an angle to the horizontal plane in such a way that the direction in which the semi-finished panel product is drawn by the block of draw rolls along the outlet opening does not coincide with the direction of the gravity vector of the semi-finished panel product itself, and the angle between them is less than 90°.

The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the block of draft rollers includes at least an input pair of draft rollers for pulling the semi-finished panel product along the inclined direction of the outlet opening, as well as an output pair of draft rollers for ensuring the transportation of the semi-finished panel product in the horizontal direction.
  3. 3. The device according to paragraph 2, characterized in that the angle between the perpendicular to the line connecting the centers of the two traction rollers of the input pair and the horizontal plane is greater than the angle between the outlet opening and the horizontal plane.
  4. 4. The device according to paragraph 2, characterized in that the line connecting the centers of the rolls in the input pair of traction rolls and the line connecting the centers of the rolls in the output pair of traction rolls intersect and are not perpendicular to each other.

A device according to any one of paragraphs 2-4, characterized in that the input pair of draw rolls includes a pair of draw rolls distributed in the vertical direction, wherein the height of the outlet opening of the extrusion head is greater than the height of the draw roll located under the input pair of draw rolls.
  6. 6. A device according to any one of paragraphs 1-4, characterized in that the semi-finished panel product, exiting from the outlet opening, is pulled out and transported along a tangent to the input pair of draw rolls.
  7. 7. The device according to item 1, characterized in that the angle between the outlet and the horizontal plane is 30-60°.

The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the temperature of the block of traction rollers is lower than the temperature of the outlet opening, while the temperature of the traction rollers in the block of traction rollers gradually increases along the direction of transportation of the panel semi-finished product.
  9. 9. The device according to item 8, characterized in that the temperature difference between the draw roll intended for receiving the semi-finished panel product in the draw roll block and the outlet opening is 10-15°C; wherein the temperature difference between the draw roll intended for removing the semi-finished panel product in the draw roll block and the outlet opening is ≤10°C.

A device according to any one of paragraphs 1, 8 or 9, characterized in that the traction roller includes a roller and a first thermostatic jacket covering the outer surface of the roller, wherein the inner cavity of the first thermostatic jacket is filled with a coolant that makes it possible to regulate the surface temperature of the first thermostatic jacket.
