Claims (20)

1. 1. An electronic printing system with access to a digital mailbox, including:
2. a first data acquisition module designed to acquire various identification data and various data about the user's organization;
3. the second data receiving module, designed to receive various CA certificates and the corresponding various keys provided by various certification authorities;
4. a data authentication module connected to the first data receiving module and the second data receiving module, designed to perform physical or digital authentication of various identification data and various data about the user's organization using various CA certificates and to generate various authenticated identification data and various authenticated data about the organization;
5. a personal and official electronic seal generation module connected to a data authentication module, designed to generate a personal electronic seal and an official electronic seal of a user based on various authenticated identification data and various authenticated data about the user's organization;
6. various application modules designed to perform various application functions; and
7. a digital mailbox communication module connected to the personal and official electronic seal generation module and various application modules, which communicates between the personal and official electronic seal generation module and various application modules after the user has been authorized in the digital mailbox.

An electronic seal system with access to a digital mailbox according to paragraph 1, in which various application functions include the management of electronic contracts, the provision of public services online, the management of personal and corporate archives, secure identification of a person and two-factor authentication, digital signature and encrypted communication, as well as the management of digital identification data.
9. 3. An electronic printing system with access to a digital mailbox according to paragraph 1, in which the digital mailbox is linked to a landline telephone number, wherein said landline telephone number is a digital application that complies with international financial security standards.
10. 4. An electronic printing system with access to a digital mailbox according to paragraph 1, in which the structure of the digital mailbox is organized and presented in digital form.
11. 5. An electronic seal system with access to a digital mailbox according to paragraph 1, which further comprises a multi-module connected to a module for generating personal and official electronic seals, wherein the multi-module includes:
12. a central control module, as well as a communication module, an identity verification module, a cryptographic module and a storage module connected to the central control module;
13. a communication module designed to exchange data between an electronic printing system with access to a digital mailbox and an external server;
14. an identity verification module for authenticating biometric identification data entered by a user to obtain authenticated biometric identification data and authorizing the user after successful authentication;
15. a cryptographic module designed to store various keys and encrypt various authenticated identification data and various authenticated organizational data using the corresponding keys from a specified set to generate various encrypted authenticated identification data and various encrypted authenticated organizational data;
16. a storage module designed to store authenticated biometric identification data, various encrypted authenticated identification data, various encrypted authenticated organizational data, a personal electronic seal and an official electronic seal; and
17. a central control module designed to receive input signals and control the operation of other modules, as well as to allow the user to use personal and official electronic seals after his authorization.
18. 6. A method of accessing a digital mailbox, implemented in an electronic printing system, which includes the following steps:
19. the use of an electronic seal system comprising a first data receiving module, a second data receiving module, a data authentication module, a personal and official electronic seal generation module, various application modules and a digital mailbox communication module;
20. using the first data acquisition module to acquire various identification data and various data about the user's organization; using the second data acquisition module to acquire various CA certificates and corresponding various keys provided by various certification authorities;
