Claims (20)
- 1. A sheet of electrical steel with an oriented grain structure, having on its surface a processing line for controlling magnetic domains, in which the following is satisfied:
- |α All |-|α Dr |≥0.1°, where
- |α All | is the average value for the absolute values of the angles α over the entire surface of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, and
- |α Dr | is the average value of the absolute values of the angles α at the magnetic domain control points, which are the intersection points of a plurality of imaginary lines set in parallel at 2 mm intervals along the rolling direction of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and the magnetic domain control processing line.
- 2. A sheet of electrical steel with an oriented grain structure according to paragraph 1, in which the following is satisfied: |α All |-|α Dr |≥0.2°.
- 3. A sheet of electrical steel with an oriented grain structure according to paragraph 1, in which: |α All |-|α Dr |≥0.5° is satisfied.
- 4. A sheet of electrical steel with an oriented grain structure according to paragraph 1, in which the following is satisfied: |α All |-|α Dr |≥1.0°.
- 5. A sheet of electrical steel with an oriented grain structure according to any of paragraphs 1-4, in which the following is satisfied:
- |γ All |-|α Dr |≥0.1°, where
- |γ All | - represents the average value for the absolute values of the angles γ over the entire surface of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet.
- 6. A sheet of electrical steel with an oriented grain structure according to any of paragraphs 1-4, in which the following is satisfied:
- σα Dr <σα All , where
- σα All is the standard deviation of the absolute value of the angle α over the entire surface of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, and
- σα Dr is the standard deviation of the absolute value of the angle α at the magnetic domain control point.
- 7. A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the processing line for controlling magnetic domains is a groove.
- 8. A method for producing a sheet of electrical steel with an oriented grain structure, comprising:
- a step in which the distribution of angles α on the surface of the original sheet for grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is measured;
- a step in which a region is identified in which the absolute value of the angle α is 5° or less; and
- a step in which a processing line is formed for controlling magnetic domains in a region in which the absolute value of the angle α is 5° or less.
- 9. A method for producing a sheet of electrical steel with an oriented grain structure according to claim 8, in which the processing for controlling magnetic domains is performed by irradiation with a laser or electron beam.
