Claims (20)
- 1. A device for balancing and bending a working roll for installation on a rolling mill frame, comprising:
- an upper working roll unit mounted on the rolling mill frame with the possibility of vertical movement;
- the lower working roll unit, located opposite the upper working roll unit and mounted on the rolling mill frame;
- a first roll balancing and bending mechanism that comprises a first lifting and adjusting structure mounted on the rolling mill frame and a connecting structure connected to the first lifting and adjusting structure, wherein the connecting structure is connected to both ends of the upper working roll assembly;
- a second roll balancing and bending mechanism that includes a second lifting and adjusting structure mounted on the rolling mill frame, wherein the second lifting and adjusting structure is connected to both ends of the lower working roll assembly.
- 2. A device for balancing and bending a working roll according to claim 1, wherein the upper working roll assembly comprises an upper working roll and two first bearing supports, respectively located at both ends of the upper working roll, wherein the connecting structure is connected to the two first bearing supports.
- 3. A device for balancing and bending a working roll according to claim 2, wherein the connecting structure comprises roll bending frames located on both sides of each of the first bearing supports, and each of the roll bending frames is connected to the first lifting and adjusting structure.
- 4. A device for balancing and bending a working roll according to claim 3, wherein the first lifting and adjusting structure comprises a plurality of first hydraulic cylinders mounted on the frame of the rolling mill, wherein this plurality of first hydraulic cylinders are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the roll bending frames, each of the first hydraulic cylinders having a first piston rod pivotally connected to the corresponding roll bending frame.
- 5. A device for balancing and bending a working roll according to claim 4, in which between the roll bending frame and the rolling mill bed there is a guide structure comprising a guide groove located on the roll bending frame and a projecting block located on the rolling mill bed;
- wherein the protruding block extends in the direction of the height of the rolling mill frame, and the roll bending frame is located with the possibility of vertical movement on the protruding block through a guide groove.
- 6. A device for balancing and bending a working roll according to claim 5, in which the roll bending frame additionally comprises a support block through which the roll bending frame is connected to the lower end surface of the corresponding first bearing support.
- 7. A device for balancing and bending a working roll according to claim 6, in which the lower end surface of the first bearing support is provided with two first limiting shoulders that are located symmetrically relative to the upper working roll, and the support block is connected to the corresponding first limiting shoulder.
- 8. A device for balancing and bending a working roll according to claim 6, in which the roll bending frame comprises two vertical rods spaced apart from each other, and an upper plate connecting the two vertical rods;
- the upper plate is pivotally connected to the first piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder, the support block is connected to the bases of the two vertical rods, and the two vertical rods, the upper plate and the support block embrace the guide groove.
- 9. A device for balancing and bending a working roll according to claim 1, wherein the lower working roll assembly comprises a lower working roll and two second bearing supports, respectively located at both ends of the lower working roll, and the second lifting and adjusting structure is connected to the two second bearing supports.
- 10. A device for balancing and bending a working roll according to claim 9, wherein the second adjusting structure comprises second hydraulic cylinders located on both sides of each of the second bearing supports, wherein the second hydraulic cylinders are connected to the frame of the rolling mill, and wherein the second hydraulic cylinder has at least one second piston rod connected to the upper end surface of the corresponding second bearing support.
- 11. A device for balancing and bending a working roll according to claim 10, in which the upper end surface of the second bearing support is provided with two second limiting shoulders located symmetrically relative to the lower working roll, and the second piston rod is connected to the corresponding second limiting shoulder.
- 12. A rolling mill system comprising:
- rolling mill bed;
- a device for balancing and bending a working roll according to any of paragraphs 1-11;
