Claims (20)

  1. 1. A pickling unit for a pickling solution intended for pickling electrical steel, comprising:
  2. pickling tank (1),
  3. a concentration tank (3) connected to the said etching tank (1),
  4. a cross-flow filtration device (5) capable of producing permeate and retentate, comprising an inlet side (5e), a permeate outlet side (5p) and a retentate outlet side (5r), wherein
  5. the inlet side (5e) is connected to the said concentration tank (3),
  6. said retentate outlet side (5r) is connected to said inlet side (5e) and said concentration tank (3).
  7. 2. The pickling plant according to claim 1, wherein said cross-flow filtration device (5) is an ultrafiltration device.
  8. 3. An etching apparatus according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein said cross-flow filtration device (5) is made of polymers selected from polypropylene, polyethylene, polysulfone, polyvinylidene difluoride or a combination thereof, or is made of metallic materials selected from titanium or stainless steel and/or other coated metals.
  9. 4. The etching unit according to claim 2, wherein said ultrafiltration device is characterized by a membrane pore size of from 5 to 500 kDa.
  10. 5. An etching plant according to any one of paragraphs 1-4, which comprises a separating device (9) connected to a concentration tank (3).
  11. 6. The pickling plant according to item 5, which comprises a water separation system (13) connected to a separating device (9) and a concentration tank (3).
  12. 7. A pickling unit according to any one of paragraphs 1-6, in which said permeate outlet side (5p) is connected to the pickling tank (1).
  13. 8. A method for purifying a pickling solution in a pickling unit according to any one of paragraphs 1-7, wherein said pickling tank (1) contains a pickling solution (2), said concentration tank (3) contains a concentrated solution (4), and the method includes the following steps:
  14. feed part of the etching solution (2) into the concentration tank (3),
  15. feed part of the concentrated solution (4) from the concentration tank (3) into the cross-flow filtration device (5),
  16. a retentate (6) and a permeate (7) are obtained using said cross-flow filtration device (5),
  17. the said retentate (6) is fed into the concentration tank (3) and into the said filtration device (5).
  18. 9. The method according to claim 8, carried out in the pickling unit according to claim 6, in which the said permeate (7) is fed into the pickling tank (1).
  19. 10. The method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein said pickling solution (2) located in the pickling tank (1) has a silicon content of 30 to 10,000 mg per liter of pickling solution.
  20. 11. The method according to any one of paragraphs 8-10, carried out in the etching unit according to paragraph 4, in which part of the concentrated solution (3) is fed from the concentration tank (4) to the said separating device (9).
