Claims (20)

  1. 1. Cold rolled and heat treated steel sheet made from steel having a composition including, by weight %:
  2. C: 0.03-0.25
  3. Mn: 3.5-7.0
  4. Si: 0.1-2.0
  5. Al: 0.5-3.0
  6. Mo: 0.01-0.5
  7. S≤0.010
  8. P≤0.020
  9. N≤0.02
  10. and optionally including one or more of the following elements, wt.%:
  11. B≤0.004
  12. Ti≤0.04
  13. Nb≤0.1
  14. Cr≤0.80
  15. the rest of the composition is made up of iron and inevitable impurities resulting from smelting,
  16. wherein said steel sheet has a microstructure that includes, in proportions of the surface,
  17. - 5-50% residual austenite,
  18. - the rest is ferrite.
  19. 2. A method for producing cold-rolled and heat-treated steel sheet, comprising the following sequential stages, in which:
  20. - casting steel to obtain a semi-finished product having a composition according to paragraph 1,
