Claims (14)
- 1. A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism comprising a drive mechanism (3) mounted on a frame (1), the drive mechanism (3) includes a lifting hydraulic cylinder (32), and said lifting hydraulic cylinder (32) is rigidly connected to the frame (1) by means of a locking mechanism (31), at the output end of the lifting hydraulic cylinder (32) a positioning device (4) is located for placing the counterweight.
- 2. A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking mechanism (31) includes a cylindrical body (311), wherein the cylindrical body (311) is rigidly connected to the frame (1) by means of a connecting mechanism, and the lifting hydraulic cylinder (32) is located inside the said cylindrical body (311).

A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the connecting mechanism comprises a longitudinal support (313) located in the lower part of the cylindrical body (311), and at least one transverse support (312) located on the outer wall of the cylindrical body (311), wherein the longitudinal support (313) is connected to the frame (1) by a contact connection, and the transverse support (312) is rigidly connected to the frame (1) by means of a locking device (2).
- 4. A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the connecting mechanism comprises a longitudinal support (313) located in the lower part of the cylindrical body (311), wherein the longitudinal support (313) is rigidly connected to the frame (1).

A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism according to claim 4, characterized in that the connecting mechanism additionally comprises at least one transverse support (312) located on the outer wall of the cylindrical body (311), wherein the transverse support (312) is rigidly connected to the frame (1) by means of a locking device (2).

A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism according to claim 3 or 5, characterized in that the locking device (2) includes a mounting socket (21) located on the frame (1), wherein a pin (22) is placed inside the mounting socket (21), and a connecting hole corresponding to said pin (22) is made on the cross support (312).

A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the connecting mechanism includes a first support (314) and a second support (315) mounted on the outer wall of the cylindrical body (311), the first support (314) is located above the second support (315), a support bracket (6) is placed on the outer wall of the second support (315), wherein the second support (315) is rigidly connected to the support bracket (6), the first support (314) is rigidly fixed to the upper part of the support bracket (6), and the lower part of the support bracket (6) is rigidly connected to the frame (1).

A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that at least one guide mechanism (5) is provided on the outer wall of the cylindrical body (311), wherein the guide mechanism (5) includes a guide cylinder (51) located on one side of the outer wall of the cylindrical body (311), and a guide rod (52) is mounted with the possibility of sliding on the upper part of the guide cylinder (51), and the upper end of the guide rod (52) is rigidly connected to the positioning device (4).

A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that several guide rods (16) are installed on the frame (1), and guide tubes (17) are made on the counterweight on the side of said guide rods (16); or several guide rails (14) are installed on the frame (1), and guide grooves (15) are made on the counterweight on the side of said guide rails (14).

A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the lifting hydraulic cylinder (32) includes a hydraulic drive system, said hydraulic drive system contains a distribution valve (7), the first oil outlet port of the distribution valve (7) is connected to the rodless cavity of the lifting hydraulic cylinder (32) through a device with adjustable damping (8), and the second oil outlet port of the distribution valve (7) is connected to the rod cavity of the lifting hydraulic cylinder (32), a common hydraulic double-sided lock (9) is installed on the first oil outlet port and the second oil outlet port.

A single-cylinder counterweight lifting mechanism according to claim 10, characterized in that the first oil outlet port is connected to the device (8) with adjustable damping via the first quick-release connector (10), and the second oil outlet port is connected to the hydraulic double-sided lock (9) via the second quick-release connector (11);
