Claims (15)

  1. 1. A sheet of electrical steel with an adhesive surface coating, containing:
  2. electrical steel sheet and
  3. an adhesive coating placed on at least a portion of one surface or both surfaces of an electrical steel sheet,
  4. at the same time, the adhesive coating
  5. contains a cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A and a thermoplastic resin B different from the cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A, and
  6. has a glass transition temperature of 45-80°C and a melt flow index of 1.0-25 g/10 min at 100°C.
  7. 2. An electrical steel sheet with an adhesive surface coating according to claim 1, wherein the cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A is one or more of a (meth)-acrylic resin and a polyester resin.
  8. 3. An electrical steel sheet with an adhesive surface coating according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A to the thermoplastic resin B is 97/3-70/30.
  9. 4. A laminated core in which a plurality of sheets of electrical steel with an adhesive surface coating according to any one of paragraphs 1-3 are laid in a pack, and the sheets of electrical steel are glued to each other by means of a cured film of the adhesive coating.
  10. 5. A method for producing a sheet of electrical steel with an adhesive surface coating according to any of paragraphs 1-3, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
  11. forming a coating film by applying a coating liquid containing particles of a cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A and a thermoplastic resin B different from the cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A and having a weight ratio of the cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A to the thermoplastic resin B of 60/40-97/3 onto at least a portion of one surface or both surfaces of an electrical steel sheet; and
  12. The release liner is dried to form an adhesive coating.
  13. 6. A method for manufacturing a laminated core according to paragraph 4, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
  14. placing electrical steel sheets with an adhesive surface coating in a stack, wherein the adhesive coating is placed between the electrical steel sheets to form a layered body; and
  15. cure the adhesive coating by heating and compressing the laminated body to form a cured film.
