Claims (16)
- 1. A sheet of electrical steel with an adhesive surface coating containing
- electrical steel sheet;
- an adhesive coating placed on at least a portion of one surface or both surfaces of an electrical steel sheet,
- in this case the adhesive coating:
- contains a cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A and a thermoplastic resin B different from the cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A, and
- has a dynamic modulus of elasticity at room temperature of 130-200 GPa and a dynamic modulus of elasticity at 100°C of 100-200 GPa.
- 2. An electrical steel sheet with an adhesive surface coating according to claim 1, wherein the cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A is one or more of a (meth)-acrylic resin and a polyester resin.
- 3. An electrical steel sheet with an adhesive surface coating according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A to the thermoplastic resin B is 97/3-70/30.
- 4. A sheet of electrical steel with an adhesive surface coating according to claim 1, in which the adhesive coating is cured.
- 5. A laminated core in which a plurality of sheets of electrical steel with an adhesive surface coating according to any one of paragraphs 1-4 are laid in a pack, and the sheets of electrical steel are glued to each other by means of a cured film of the adhesive coating.
- 6. A method for manufacturing a sheet of electrical steel with an adhesive surface coating according to any of paragraphs 1-4, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
- forming a coating film by applying a coating liquid containing particles of a cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A and a thermoplastic resin B different from the cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A and having a weight ratio of the cross-linkable thermoplastic resin A to the thermoplastic resin B of 97/3-70/30 onto at least a portion of one surface or both surfaces of the electrical steel sheet;
- The release liner is dried to form an adhesive coating.
- 7. A method for manufacturing a laminated core according to paragraph 5, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
- electrical steel sheets with an adhesive surface coating are laid, with the adhesive coating being placed between the electrical steel sheets to form a layered body;
- cure the adhesive coating by heating and compressing the laminated body to form a cured film.
