Claims (18)
- 1. A device (1) for treating exhaust gas (2) from a main process (3) comprising a filter unit (4) for purifying exhaust gas (2) and an exhaust gas supply line (11) for supplying exhaust gas (2) from the main process (3) to the filter unit (4), characterized in that the filter unit (4) comprises a first filtration stage (5) and a second filtration stage (6), where the first filtration stage (5) comprises a first filter (7) and a second filter (8), and the second filtration stage (6) comprises a third filter (9), where each of the first filter (7), the second filter (8) and the third filter (9) is designed as a fabric filter (10), where the third filter (9) is located in the filter unit (4) between the first filter (7) and the second filter (8), wherein the exhaust gas supply line (11) comprises a device (12) for separating the incoming exhaust gas (2) into a first gas supply line (13) and a second gas supply line (14), wherein the first line (13) gas supply line is configured to supply a first partial gas stream (16) of the exhaust gas (2) to the first filter (7), and the second gas supply line (14) is configured to supply a second partial gas stream (17) of the exhaust gas (2) to the second filter (8), where the device (1) for processing the exhaust gas (2) comprises a gas flow redirection system (18) for directing the first partial gas stream (16) after passing through the first filter (7) and the second partial gas stream (17) after passing through the second filter (8) to the third filter (9), wherein the gas flow redirection system (18) comprises at least one device (21) for supplying a primary additive for supplying at least one primary additive (22) to the exhaust gas (2), wherein the device (1) for processing the exhaust gas (2) comprises a first outlet device (23) for withdrawing a first filtration product (24) separated by the first filter (7), a second outlet device (25) for withdrawing a second filtration product (26), separated by the second filter (8), and a third outlet device (27) for removing the third filtration product (28), separated by the third filter (9), from the filtration unit (4).
- 2. The device (1) according to claim 1, where the exhaust gas supply line (11) comprises at least one primary additive supply device (19) for supplying at least one primary additive (20) to the exhaust gas (2).
- 3. The device (1) according to claim 1 or 2, where the filtering unit (4) has a common housing (29) for the first filter (7), the second filter (8) and the third filter (9), wherein the housing (29) has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with a length, width and height, wherein the length is greater than the width and height, where the third filter (9) in the housing (29) is located in the longitudinal direction between the first filter (7) and the second filter (8).

The device (1) according to any one of claims 1-3, where the gas flow redirection system (18) comprises a first gas redirection line (30) for directing the first partial gas flow (16) after passing through the first filter (7), a second gas redirection line (31) for directing the second partial gas flow (17) after passing through the second filter (8), a device (32) for combining the first partial gas flow (16) and the second partial gas flow (17) into a total gas flow (33) and a third gas redirection line (34) for directing the total gas flow (33) to the third filter (9).

The device (1) according to claim 4, in which at least two devices for feeding (21) a main additive for feeding at least one main additive (22) into the exhaust gas (2) are provided, wherein one of said devices (21) for feeding the main additive is located on the first gas redirection line (30), and the other of said devices (21) for feeding the main additive is located on the second gas redirection line (31).
- 6. The device (1) according to claim 4 or 5, wherein at least one device (21) for feeding a main additive for feeding at least one main additive (22) into the exhaust gas (2) is located on the third gas redirection line (34).
- 7. A device (1) according to any one of paragraphs 1-6, where in the system (18) for redirecting the gas flow between the first filter (7) and the second filter (8), on the one hand, and the third filter (9), on the other hand, a gas conditioning device (35) is located.
- 8. The device (1) according to any one of paragraphs 1-7, where the first output device (23) and the second output device (25) are designed with the possibility of directing the first filtration product (24) and the second filtration product (26) into the main technological process (3).
- 9. The device (1) according to any one of claims 1-8, where the third outlet device (27) is configured to direct the third filtration product (28) at least partially into the additional processing unit (36) and/or at least partially into the main technological process (3) and/or at least partially into the exhaust gas supply line (11) and/or at least partially into the gas flow redirection system (18) and/or at least partially into the additional utilization process.
- 10. A method for treating exhaust gas (2) of the main technological process (3) using a device (1) according to any one of paragraphs 1-9, including:
- a) feeding the exhaust gas (2) of the main technological process (3) into the filter unit (4) via the exhaust gas supply line (11), where the exhaust gas (2) is separated in a device (12) for separating the incoming exhaust gas (2), and the first partial gas flow (16) of the exhaust gas (2) is fed via the first gas supply line (13) to the first filter (7), and the second partial gas flow (17) of the exhaust gas (2) is fed via the second gas supply line (14) to the second filter (8);
- b) directing the first partial gas flow (16) after passing through the first filter (7) and directing the second partial gas flow (17) after passing through the second filter (8) by means of a gas flow redirection system (18) to a third filter (9), wherein at least one main additive (22) is supplied to the exhaust gas (2) by means of at least one main additive supply device (21); and
- c) the output from the filtering unit (4) of the first filtration product (24), separated by the first filter (7), via the first output device (23) and/or the output of the second filtration product (26), separated by the second filter (8), via the second output device (25) and/or the output of the third filtration product (28), separated by the third filter (9), via the third output device (27).
- 11. The method according to claim 10, wherein in step a) at least one primary additive (20) is fed into the exhaust gas (2) by means of at least one primary additive feed device (19).
- 12. The method according to claim 10 or 11, where in step b) the first partial gas flow (16) after passing through the first filter (7) is first directed along the first gas redirection line (30), and the second partial gas flow (17) after passing through the second filter (8) is first directed along the second gas redirection line (31) to the device (32) for combining the first partial gas flow (16) and the second partial gas flow (17) into a total gas flow (33), and then the total gas flow (33) is fed along the third gas redirection line (34) to the third filter (9).
- 13. The method according to any one of paragraphs 10-12, where the exhaust gas (2) between the first filter (7) and the second filter (8), on the one hand, and the third filter (9), on the other hand, is conditioned.
- 14. The method according to any one of paragraphs 10-13, where the first filtration product (24) and the second filtration product (26) are sent to the main technological process (3) and/or to another main technological process and/or to an additional disposal process.
- 15. The method according to any one of claims 10-14, wherein the third filter product (28) is at least partially sent to an additional processing unit (36) and/or at least partially to the main process (3) and/or at least partially to the exhaust gas supply line (11) and/or at least partially to the gas flow redirection system (18) and/or at least partially to an additional utilization process.
