Claims (20)

  1. 1. A decoding method applicable to a decoder, wherein the method comprises:
  2. defining the parameter of the first transformation of the current block;
  3. determining the set of transformation kernels for the current block according to the first transformation parameter;
  4. determining the transformation kernel for the current block according to the set of transformation kernels; and
  5. determining a transformation coefficient of the current block and performing an inverse transformation with respect to the transformation coefficient of the current block according to a transformation kernel to determine a residual block of the current block.
  6. 2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that determining the transformation kernel for the current block according to the set of transformation kernels includes:
  7. decoding the bit stream to determine a value of first syntax identifier information of the current block, wherein the first syntax identifier information indicates an index of the transformation core for the current block; and
  8. determining the transformation kernel for the current block according to the set of transformation kernels and the transformation kernel index.
  9. 3. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that determining the parameter of the first transformation of the current block includes:
  10. determining a candidate sample for deriving the first transformation parameter; and
  11. determining the parameter of the first transformation of the current block according to the candidate count.
  12. 4. The method according to paragraph 3, characterized in that determining the parameter of the first transformation of the current block according to the candidate reading includes:
  13. determining the horizontal gradient value and the vertical gradient value of the candidate sample;
  14. determining the first transformation parameter and the gradient intensity value corresponding to the candidate sample according to the horizontal gradient value and the vertical gradient value of the candidate sample;
  15. compiling a statistical table of texture features according to the first transformation parameter and the gradient intensity value corresponding to the candidate sample; and
  16. determining the parameter of the first transformation of the current block according to the statistical table of texture features.
  17. 5. The method according to paragraph 3, characterized in that it additionally includes:
  18. determining the number of candidate samples according to the current block size parameter.
  19. 6. The method according to paragraph 3, characterized in that it additionally includes:
  20. determining the prediction block of the current block; and
