Claims (2)
- 1. A fastening unit for a bracket of a facade system to a building ceiling, including a support plate secured to a vertical surface of the building ceiling, cantilever vertical ribs connected perpendicularly to the support plate, an L-shaped element and anchor bolts, wherein the horizontal shelf of the L-shaped element is secured to the horizontal surface of the building ceiling, and the support plate is bent with a bend onto the horizontal surface of the ceiling, the end of the bend has a tongue recessed into a groove made in the horizontal surface of the ceiling, and the L-shaped element covers the tongue and the bend from above.
- 2. A fastening unit for a bracket of a facade system to a building ceiling according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the L-shaped element has a tongue recessed into a groove made in the horizontal surface of the building ceiling.
Description
The fastening unit for the bracket facade system to the building ceiling is intended for use in the following areas: curtain wall systems in construction, fastening units for prefabricated metal and fiberglass structures in mechanical engineering, and bridge fencing elements. Power brackets for curtain wall systems (CFS) are well-known. For example, the UM-170-01 of the TP50300 TATPROF system is used to transfer vertical loads to the building's ceiling. The disadvantage of these brackets is their low load-bearing capacity and high deformation under significant loads, particularly from large translucent façade systems. The prototype of the invention is a bracket for attaching flanges to interfloor slabs (No. 27155709 C1 dated March 2, 2020). A disadvantage of the prototype is its high deformability and insufficient load-bearing capacity at the attachment points to the building's supporting structure in anchors and bolted connections under crushing and shear loads. The technical result of the invention is to increase the load-bearing capacity, rigidity and reliability of fastening the unit to the load-bearing element of the building. The technical result is achieved by improving the insufficient bearing capacity of anchor ties and bolted connections for crushing and shearing by using a tongue of the bend of the support plate, which is deepened into the groove of the floor of the load-bearing frame of the building, followed by filling the gaps with a durable mixture, for example, from fine-grained concrete or from epoxy resin with filler. Fig. 1 shows a fastening unit with a bend 3 of the support plate 1 and a tongue 4 recessed into a groove 8 of the overlap 6. Fig. 2 shows a fastening unit with a support plate 1 with a bend 3, a tongue 4 and an L-shaped element 7 made as a separate part. Fig. 3 shows the same unit as in Fig. 2, only the L-shaped element 7, made as a separate part, has its own tongue 4, which is also recessed into the groove 8 of the overlap 6. The developed unit consists of a support plate 1 with two cantilever vertical ribs 2, which is made bent with a bend 3 on the horizontal surface of the floor 6, and the end of the bend 3 has a tongue 4, recessed into the groove 8 of the floor 6 (Fig. 1). To reduce deformation, the gaps in the connection between the tongue 4 and the walls of the groove 8 are filled with a mixture 9. The L-shaped element 7, made as a separate part, has its own tongue 4, recessed into the groove 8 of the floor 6, filled with a mixture 9 (Fig. 3). The fastening unit operates as follows: the support plate 1 with the bend 3 and the tongue 4 is installed on the floor 6 with the tongue 4 in the groove 8 of the floor 6 with the gaps filled with fine-grained concrete or epoxy resin with filler 9 and then fastened with anchors 5 (Fig. 1). For the purpose of more reliable operation of the connection, the bend 3 with the tongue 4 is covered with an L-shaped element 7 and then fastened with anchors 5 (Fig. 2). This L-shaped element 7 can have its own tongue 4, recessed into the groove 8 of the floor 6 and with the gaps filled with fine-grained concrete or epoxy resin with filler 9 (Fig. 3). This significantly increases the load-bearing capacity, rigidity, and reliability of the bracket attachment to the frame's supporting elements, while reducing the thickness of the support plate by transferring the forces to the bending tongue. The additional L-shaped element can have its own tongue, installed in its groove in the floor to strengthen the connection.
