Description

The invention relates to compound feed production, in particular to the production of compound feed for agricultural poultry, namely to the development of a complete compound feed composition for feeding chickens aged 29-42 days. Known compound feed for laying hens, containing wheat, barley, soybean meal, fish meal, vegetable oil, corn and a premix, additionally contains crushed red millet without hulls, feed concentrate from plant raw materials "Sarepta", feed yeast, dried feed shells, while crushed yellow corn is used as corn, crushed unhulled barley is used as barley, crushed winter wheat is used as wheat, sunflower oil is used as vegetable oil in the following ratio of components, %: Crushed yellow corn 16.5-16.6 Crushed winter wheat 21.9-22.0 Crushed red millet without hulls 18.2-18.3 Crushed unhulled barley 10.0-10.1 Feed concentrate from vegetable raw materials "Sarepta" 9.9-10.0 Soybean meal 4.9-5.0 Fish meal 5.5-5.6 Feed yeast 2.7-2.8 Sunflower oil 1.9-2.0 Dried feed shell 6.3-6.4 Premix the rest, while the compound feed is fed at the peak of egg production in the amount of 118 grams per head per day. (Patent of the Russian Federation 2577364, IPC A23L 7/10, published on March 20, 2016, Bulletin No. 8). Known compound feed for broiler chickens, containing yellow corn, wheat, barley, feed concentrate from plant raw materials "Sarepta", soybean meal, fish meal, feed yeast, sunflower oil, calcium supplement, premix, characterized in that it additionally contains meat and bone meal, tricalcium phosphate, table salt, feed methionine, barley without films is used as barley, tested soybean meal is used as soybean meal, feed chalk is used as a calcium supplement with the following ratio of the original components, %: Wheat 22.26-21.57, Barley without films 20.00-25.00, Yellow corn 15.00-16.00, Feed concentrate from plant raw materials "Sarepta" 10.00-11.00, Tested soybean meal 12.02-15.00, Meat and bone meal 2.00-3.00, Fish meal 3.00-6.00, Sunflower oil 4.00-5.00, Feed yeast 2.00-3.00, Feed chalk 0.40-0.50, Tricalcium phosphate 0.70-0.90, Table salt 0.20-0.30, Feed methionine 0.02-0.03, Premix the rest (Patent of the Russian Federation 2681465, IPC A23K 50/75, published 06.03.2019, Bulletin No. 7). A complete compound feed for starter feeding of broiler chickens from 0-14 days is known, characterized in that it consists of wheat, corn, sunflower oil, soybean meal and a protein-vitamin-mineral complex containing the feed concentrate "Sarepta" in the following ratio of the original components per 100 g of the finished product, g: Wheat 47, Corn 15, Soybean meal 30, Sunflower oil 0.5, Protein-vitamin-mineral complex containing the feed concentrate "Sarepta" 7.5 (Patent of the Russian Federation 2770816, IPC A23K 50/60, A23K 50/75, A23K 10/30, published on 04.22.2022, Bulletin No. 12). The disadvantages of the patents described above include the use of a large number of protein-based ingredients: fish meal, meat and bone meal, and fodder yeast, which are often unstable in protein content depending on the quality of the raw materials, the possibility of falsifying these components, and the increased cost of the finished product. The technical objective of the invention is to expand the range of complete feed composition for feeding finishing broiler chickens aged 29 to 42 days and to reduce the costs of its production. The technical result is achieved by the preparation of a complete compound feed for feeding broiler chickens aged 29-42, characterized in that 5.0% of millet grain is introduced into the initial composition of the compound feed instead of part of the corn grain, 54.93% of triticale grain instead of wheat grain, 16.78% of sunflower meal semolina instead of soybean meal and part of sunflower cake, relative to the total weight of the compound feed. Sunflower meal semolina is obtained in accordance with the sunflower meal processing method (RU Patent 2778324, IPC A23J 1/14, A23J 3/14, 17.08.2022, Bulletin No. 23). The novelty of the declared proposal is due to the fact that the composition of the complete compound feed for finishing broiler chickens aged 29-42 days provides for the introduction of new components into the diet in the form of millet grain instead of part of the corn grain, triticale grain instead of wheat grain, as well as sunflower meal grits instead of soybean meal and part of the sunflower cake, which have a positive effect on the growth and development, meat productivity of finishing broiler chickens due to the increased protein content in the sunflower meal grits (more than 50%), and also lead to a decrease in the costs of its production, since triticale grain is cheaper than wheat grain, and sunflower meal grits are cheaper than soybean meal. The use of the composition of the complete feed for chickens aged 29-42 days in combination with the stated features is not known from patent, scientific, technical and specialized literature, which corresponds to the protectability criterio
