Abstract

FIELD: compound feed production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production and development of a composition of a complete compound feed “ПК-13” finish for turkeys aged 18 to 30 weeks. The composition of the complete compound feed “ПК-13” involves the introduction of 20% triticale grain instead of corn grain, 5% Japanese millet grain instead of millet grain, 3.0% lupine seeds instead of pea grain, and 3.0% sunflower meal flour instead of sunflower meal in relation to the total weight of the compound feed into the initial basic components of the compound feed. The composition of the compound feed includes the following components: corn, triticale, barley, oats, millet, Japanese millet, peas, lupine, sunflower meal flour, feed yeast, grass meal, limestone, shell, meat and bone meal, table salt. EFFECT: possibility to improve the quality of the obtained complete compound feed “ПК-13” finish for turkeys aged 18 to 30 weeks and reduce the cost of its production. 1 cl, 2 tbl

Description

The invention relates to compound feed production, in particular to the production of compound feed for agricultural poultry, namely to the development of a composition of complete compound feed PK-13 finish for turkeys aged 18 to 30 weeks. A number of feed additives for farm animals and poultry are known that contain betaine (RU Patent No. 2729746 class A23K 20/20, A23K 20/28, published on August 11, 2020, Bulletin No. 23), mineral substances in the form of natural zeolite and dolomite flour and auxiliary substances including meal, protosubtilin, malic acid, succinic acid, betaine. A method for feeding chickens is known (RU Patent 2588542 class A61D 99/00 A61P 25/18, A61P 39/06, published on 06/27/2016, Bulletin No. 18), which includes the use of pharmacological agents with an anti-stress effect: betaine, ascorbic acid, succinic acid, L-carnitine tartrate, butaphosphan and glucose. A known drug (RU Patent 2490931, class A23K 1/16, published on August 27, 2013, Bulletin No. 24) involves oral administration of a water-soluble preparation containing vitamins A, D3, E, B1, B2, B6, B9, B12, selenium, L-lysine, DL-methionine, and betaine. These feed additives prevent the penetration of toxins from feed into the blood and tissues of farm animals and poultry, and also promote the elimination of toxins, improve animal productivity, increase weight gain, milk yield, and egg production, reduce the threshold for disease, and facilitate the adaptation period of animals. The disadvantages of all these solutions are the complex composition of such additives and the technology for their production. The technical objective of the invention is to improve the quality of the resulting compound feed composition PK-13 finish for turkeys aged 18 to 30 weeks and to reduce the costs of its production. The stated technical objective is achieved by the fact that the composition of the PC-13 Finish compound feed for turkeys aged 18 to 30 weeks provides for the introduction of 20% triticale grain instead of corn grain, 5% millet grain instead of millet grain, 3.0% lupine seeds instead of pea grain, and 3.0% sunflower meal flour instead of sunflower meal, relative to the total weight of the compound feed, into the initial components of the PC-13 Finish compound feed. Sunflower meal flour is obtained in accordance with the sunflower meal processing method (RU Patent 2778324 class A23J 1/14, A23J 3/14, 17.08.2022, Bulletin No. 23). The novelty of the declared proposal is due to the fact that the composition of the compound feed PK-13 finish for turkeys aged from 18 to 30 weeks provides for the introduction of new components into the diet in the form of triticale grain instead of part of the corn grain, chumiza grain instead of millet grain, lupine seeds instead of pea grain and flour from sunflower meal instead of sunflower meal, which has a positive effect on the growth and development, meat productivity of turkeys due to the increased protein content in the grits from sunflower meal (more than 50%) and also leads to a decrease in the costs of its production, since triticale grain is cheaper than corn grain, chumi grain is cheaper than millet grain, and lupine seeds are cheaper than pea grain. The use of the composition of the PC-13 finish compound feed for turkeys aged 18 to 30 weeks in the totality of the declared features is not known from patent, scientific, technical and specialized literature, which corresponds to the "inventive step" eligibility criterion. Table 1 presents the classic and developed composition of the preparation of compound feed PK-13 finish for turkeys aged 18 to 30 weeks, where instead of part of the corn grain, triticale grain is introduced in the amount of 20.0%, instead of part of the millet grain, 5% of the millet grain is introduced, instead of part of the pea grain, 3.0% of the lupine seeds are introduced and instead of the sunflower meal, 3.0% of the sunflower meal flour is introduced. By replacing corn grain with triticale grain in the amount of 20% and millet grain with millet grain in the amount of 5%, as well as replacing pea grain with lupine seeds in the amount of 3% and replacing sunflower meal with sunflower meal flour in the amount of 3%, it was possible to increase the content of crude fiber by 1.85% and increase the content of crude protein by 1% in the developed complete feed PK-13 for finishing turkeys (18-30 weeks), while the metabolic energy increased by 5 kcal. Table 2 presents the chemical composition and exchange energy of the classic and developed PC-13 finish compound feed for turkeys aged 18 to 30 weeks, where 20.0% of triticale grain is added instead of part of the corn grain, 5% of millet grain is added instead of part of the millet grain, 3.0% of lupine seeds are added instead of part of the pea grain, and 3.0% of sunflower meal is added instead of sunflower meal. Thus, the specified technical result is achieved - an improvement in the quality of the obtained PC-13 finish compound
