RU-2861332-C1 - COMPOSITION OF COMPLETE COMPOUND FEED “ПК-11” FOR TURKEYS (1-8 WEEKS)
Abstract
FIELD: compound feed production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of a composition of a complete compound feed “ПК-11” for turkeys aged 1 to 8 weeks. The composition of the compound feed involves the introduction of 15% triticale grain instead of corn grain and 20% sunflower meal grits instead of soybean meal in relation to the total weight of the compound feed into the initial basic components of the compound feed. The composition of the compound feed includes the following components: wheat, corn, triticale, sunflower cake, soybean cake, sunflower meal grits, fish meal, extruded soybeans, monocalcium phosphate, limestone, table salt, lysine, threonine, methionine, a premix with enzymes. The use of the invention will improve the quality of the compound feed for turkeys aged 1 to 8 weeks. EFFECT: improving the quality of the obtained compound feed “ПК-11” for turkeys aged 1 to 8 weeks and reducing the cost of its production, which will expand the range of compound feeds for turkeys by using 15% triticale grain instead of corn grain and 20% sunflower meal grits instead of soybean cake in the new composition. 1 cl, 2 tbl

Description
The invention relates to compound feed production, in particular to the production of compound feed for agricultural poultry, namely to the development of a composition of complete compound feed PK-11 for turkeys aged from 1 to 8 weeks. A number of feed additives for farm animals and poultry are known that contain betaine (RU patent No. 2729746, IPC A23K 20/20, A23K 20/28, published on August 11, 2020, Bulletin No. 23), mineral substances in the form of natural zeolite and dolomite flour and auxiliary substances including meal, protosubtilin, malic acid, succinic acid, and betaine. A method for feeding chickens is known (Patent RU 2588542, IPC A61D 99/00 A61P 25/18, A61P 39/06, published on 27.06.2016, Bulletin No. 18), which includes the use of pharmacological agents with an anti-stress effect: betaine, ascorbic acid, succinic acid, L-carnitine tartrate, butaphosphan and glucose. A known preparation (Patent RU 2490931, IPC A23K 1/16, published on August 27, 2013, Bulletin No. 24) involves oral administration of a water-soluble preparation containing vitamins A, D3, E, B1, B2, B6, B9, B12, selenium, L-lysine, DL-methionine, and betaine. These feed additives prevent the penetration of toxins from feed into the blood and tissues of farm animals and poultry, and also promote the elimination of toxins, improve animal productivity, increase weight gain, milk yield, and egg production, reduce the threshold for disease, and facilitate the adaptation period of animals. The disadvantages of all these solutions are the complex composition of such additives and the technology for their production. The technical objective of the invention is to improve the quality of the obtained compound feed composition PK-11 for turkeys aged 1 to 8 weeks and to reduce the costs of its production. The technical objective is achieved by incorporating 15% triticale grain instead of corn and 20% sunflower meal grits instead of soybean cake into the feed's initial components, based on the total feed weight. Sunflower meal grits are obtained using a sunflower meal processing method (Patent RU 2778324, IPC A23J 1/14, A23J 3/14, August 17, 2022, Bulletin No. 23). The novelty of the proposed offer is due to the fact that the composition of the PC-11 compound feed for turkeys aged 1 to 8 weeks provides for the introduction of new components into the diet in the form of triticale grain instead of part of the corn grain, as well as sunflower meal grits instead of part of the soybean cake, which have a positive effect on the growth and development, meat productivity of turkeys due to the increased protein content in the sunflower meal grits (more than 50%), and also leads to a decrease in the costs of its production, since triticale grain is cheaper than corn grain, and sunflower meal grits are cheaper than soybean cake. The use of PC-11 compound feed for turkeys aged 1 to 8 weeks in combination with the stated features is not known from patent, scientific, technical and specialized literature, which meets the "inventive step" eligibility criterion. Table 1 presents the classic and developed composition of the PC-11 compound feed for turkeys aged 1 to 8 weeks, where instead of part of the corn grain, triticale grain is introduced in the amount of 15.0%, and instead of part of the soybean cake, 20% of sunflower meal grits are introduced. By replacing corn grain with triticale grain in the amount of 15% and replacing soybean meal with sunflower meal grits in the amount of 20%, it was possible to increase the crude protein content in the developed complete feed PK-11 for turkeys (1-8 weeks) by 2.69%, while the exchange energy remained unchanged. Table 2 presents the chemical composition and exchange energy of the PC-11 compound feed for turkeys aged 1 to 8 weeks, a developed complete compound feed, where instead of part of the corn grain, triticale grain is introduced in the amount of 15.0%, and instead of part of the soybean cake, 20% of sunflower meal grits are introduced. Thus, the specified technical result is achieved - an improvement in the quality of the resulting PC-11 compound feed for turkeys aged 1 to 8 weeks and a reduction in the costs of its production, which will expand the range of PC-11 compound feed for turkeys, by using in the new composition 15% triticale grain instead of corn grain and 20% sunflower meal grits instead of soybean cake. The declared composition of the PC-11 compound feed for turkeys aged 1 to 8 weeks has industrial applicability and can be implemented at any feed mill or farm.
