RU2861338C1RU 2861338 C1RU2861338 C1RU 2861338C1RU-2861338-C1

Abstract

FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to the manufacture of polygonal facade systems, and can be used in the arrangement of the exterior facade of a building. The essence of the invention is that the polygonal suspended facade system consists of isosceles triangular polygons, each corner of which forms a rectangular bracket for fastening, the polygons are mounted on mounting washers and connected to them with a pull-through rivet, and the mounting washers are connected to the building foundation by means of threaded rivets and bracket pins, with the polygons forming the required three-dimensional surface using the triangulation method. EFFECT: simplification of the creation of a three-dimensional surface on the facades of buildings and structures with the possibility of quick replacement of polygons. 3 cl, 9 dwg

Description

Field of technology to which the invention relates The invention relates to construction, namely to the production of polygonal façade systems, and can be used in the arrangement of the external front side of a building. State of the art Today, the industry producing components for curtain walling (particularly polygonal) is steadily developing and has promising prospects. Aluminum and steel guides, thermal insulation materials, fiber cement, porcelain stoneware, and composite panels are actively used in this construction sector. Curtain walls offer a number of advantages, making them increasingly popular each year. Firstly, they provide excellent protection for load-bearing walls from harmful environmental influences and temperature fluctuations, while also ensuring air circulation. Secondly, the variety of exterior finishing materials available allows for the design of virtually any style and color. A particular type of curtain wall is polygonal facades—a modern architectural solution based on 3D modeling and algorithms for creating complex geometric shapes. The advantage of these facades lies in their uniqueness, adaptability to any architectural style, and increased energy efficiency. A ventilated facade is known that contains metal U-shaped brackets for installation on a flat wall of a building, suspended decorative cladding facade slabs for connection with intermediate metal profiles and load-bearing elements with brackets, wherein the load-bearing elements are made in the form of wooden bars connected by intermediate profiles with brackets, and the slabs are secured to the bars (RU 125222, IPC E04B2/00, published 27.02.2013). The disadvantage of the known solution is the limited functionality in terms of creating a three-dimensional surface. The closest technical solution to the claimed one is a system of curtain wall ventilated facades, including support plates interconnected with each other and mounted on the facade on transverse elements of vertical guides with gaskets with fastening elements with openings, cladding and insulation, characterized in that the transverse elements of the ventilated facades are made telescopic with a closed curvilinear cross-section with mounting plates and insulation clamping elements located at the ends, the system of curtain wall ventilated facades is equipped with devices for separate fixation and clamping of the cladding, located in the area of the openings of the support plates, which are respectively made in the form of U-shaped vertically movable fixing elements installed in mirrored pairs, wherein the side vertical walls of the latter are passed through the openings and with their internal planes are in contact with the reverse surfaces of the support plates, and the device for separate clamping of the cladding elements is made in the form of elastic plates fixed and located between the U-shaped movable elements with petal clamps (RU 2328580, IPC E04B5/48, published 10.07.2008). Another disadvantage of the prototype is its limited functionality in terms of creating a three-dimensional surface. Disclosure of invention The technical result of the claimed invention consists in simplifying the possibility of creating a three-dimensional surface on the facades of buildings and structures with the possibility of quickly replacing polygons. The essence of the invention is that the polygonal curtain wall system consists of isosceles triangular polygons (1), each of the corners of which forms a rectangular corner for fastening, wherein the polygons (1) are mounted on mounting washers (2) and connected to them by a pull-out rivet (3), and the mounting washers (2) are connected to the building base by means of threaded rivets (4) and stud brackets (5), wherein the polygons (1) form the required three-dimensional surface using the triangulation method. Brief description of the drawings The claimed invention is illustrated by the following drawings, where: Fig. 1 - general view of a polygonal curtain wall system (conditionally limited in size); Fig. 2 - top view of a polygonal curtain wall system (conditionally limited in size); Fig. 3 - polygonal curtain wall system in section A-A (the height of the system is indicated conditionally); Fig. 4 - polygonal curtain wall system in section B-B (the height of the system is indicated conditionally); Fig. 5 - polygonal curtain wall system in section B-B (the height of the system is indicated conditionally); Fig. 6 - polygonal curtain wall system in section G-G (the height of the system is indicated conditionally); Fig. 7 - polygonal curtain wall system in section D-D (the height of the system is indicated conditionally); Fig. 8 - a sectional view of a polygon connection node; Fig. 9 - general view of the polygon connection node, where: 1 - isosceles triangular polygon; 2 - mounting washer; 3 - pull-out rivet; 4 - threaded rivet; 5 - bracket-stud. Implementation of the invention The polygonal curtain wall system consists of isoscel
