Formwork for moulding reinforced concrete columns with capitals contains support frames with rails, inside the support frames there are carriages, consisting of a forming frame, inside which U-shaped profiles are located in pairs and parallel to each other, and wheels and axles are attached to the side surfaces of the frame, and a bridge is also located on the support frame. The bridge is supported by stationary sides, connected to movable sides, which in turn rest on the carriage. Moreover, each of the sides consists of a vertical part, the top of which is connected to a capital part, where the vertical part includes interconnected vertical and horizontal elements, with the vertical elements including a deck, to which edge profiles and vertical ribs are attached. The horizontal elements include ordinary flanges, located perpendicular to the vertical elements at equal distances from each other. The capital part consists of a capital shield, on which horizontal ribs are fixed, to which vertical upper flanges are attached. To the vertical part of the sides, stationary side lugs and movable side lugs are attached for the respective sides. The movable sides additionally contain upper strut lugs, fixed on the ordinary flanges, and lower carriage lugs, fixed on the vertical ribs. All stationary sides of the formwork are connected to each other by a tie plate, the movable sides are connected to the carriage frame by means of struts. EFFECT: increase in the speed of moulding reinforced concrete columns with capitals, as well as reduction of labour costs. 4 cl, 7 dwg

Description
Field of technology to which the invention relates The invention relates to the field of construction, namely to formwork for forming (manufacturing) reinforced concrete products, in particular reinforced concrete columns with capitals. State of the art Formwork for concreting columns with capitals is known (SU 1452907, IPC F04G11/34, published 23.01.1989), including L-shaped column formwork panels, capital formwork panels and fastening elements, characterized in that, in order to reduce the labor intensity of formwork works, the capital formwork panels are made trapezoidal in plan, hingedly connected to the upper end of the column formwork panels along its perimeter, and the deck of the capital formwork panels in the hinge area is made with a triangular chamfer, the leg size of which corresponds to the free movement of the panels during stripping, wherein the column formwork panels are equipped with removable stripping wedges and are connected to the capital formwork panels by an adjustable traction. The disadvantages of this solution are the lengthy production time of reinforced concrete columns with capitals due to the lack of a semi-automatic formwork removal mechanism and the impossibility of parallel molding of several columns with capitals. Disclosure of invention The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the speed of forming reinforced concrete columns with capitals, as well as in reducing labor costs. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the formwork includes a carriage, which ensures the movement of movable sides, allowing for the free extraction of future reinforced concrete columns with capitals from the form after the concrete mixture has gained strength. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the formwork for forming reinforced concrete columns with capitals comprises support frames (1) containing slats (2), wherein inside the support frames (1) there are carriages consisting of a forming framework (3), inside which U-shaped profiles (4) are arranged in pairs and parallel to each other, and wheels (5) and shafts (6) are attached to the lateral sides of the framework (3), and a bridge (7) is also located on the support frame (1). Stationary sides rest on the bridge (7), connected to movable sides, which in turn rest on the carriage. In this case, each of the sides consists of a vertical part, the top of which is connected to the capital part, where the vertical part includes vertical and horizontal elements connected to each other, wherein the vertical elements include a deck (10), to which edge profiles (8) and vertical ribs (9) are attached. The horizontal elements include ordinary flanges (11), located perpendicular to the vertical elements at an equal distance from each other. The capital part consists of a capital shield (12), on which horizontal ribs (13) are fixed, to which the vertical upper flanges (14) are attached. The eyes of the fixed side (15) and the eyes of the movable side (16) for the corresponding sides are attached to the vertical part of the sides. The movable sides additionally contain the upper eyes of the diagonal (17), fixed on the ordinary flanges (11), and the lower eyes of the carriage (18), fixed on the vertical ribs (9). In this case, all the fixed sides of the formwork are connected to each other by a tie plate (19), the movable sides to the carriage frame (3) by means of struts (20). Brief description of the drawings The drawings show the following illustrations: Fig. 1 - front view of the formwork, Fig. 2 - section AA of the formwork, showing the connection of the fixed sides to each other, Fig. 3 - external view of the formwork carriage, Fig. 4 - external view of the side of the stationary formwork, Fig. 5 - external view of the side of the movable formwork, Fig. 6 - external view of the scaffolding, Fig. 7 - general view of the formwork with scaffolding, where: 1 - support frame, 2 - rail, 3 - carriage frame, 4 - U-shaped carriage profile, 5 - carriage roller, 6 - carriage gear shaft, 7 - bridge, 8 - edge profile, 9 - vertical rib, 10 - deck, 11 - ordinary flange, 12 - capital shield, 13 - horizontal rib, 14 - vertical upper flange, 15 - fixed side eye, 16 - movable side eye, 17 - upper eye of the brace, 18 - lower eye of the carriage, 19 - tie plate, 20 - brace, 21 - scaffolding, 22 - additional brace, 23 - corner, 24 - vibrator, 25 - vibrator platform, 26 - folding bolt.
