- A combined hydrodynamic filter-water separator, including a housing, in the vertical wall of which a branch pipe for liquid is made, and in the bottom - a drain branch pipe, a cover with a branch pipe for liquid, a spring-loaded hydrodynamic filter element in the form of a truncated cone, containing a porous hydrophobic partition, the housing of the filter-water separator is divided into three stages, characterized in that the lower part of the housing of the first stage is made in the form of a cone, a branch pipe with a tangential inlet of liquid is mounted in one of the walls of the cone, the smaller base of the hydrodynamic filter element rests on the sealed end of the central rod, screwed into the bottom of the housing, and is a perforated hollow pipe for removing water and mechanical impurities, and separating the first stage from the second, the larger base of the hydrodynamic filter element is hermetically closed by a spring-loaded fine-mesh The mesh separating the second stage from the third, inside the hydrodynamic filter element are placed granules of adsorbent, in the third stage is installed a folded hydrophobic membrane filter, and the liquid is discharged through a liquid pipe on the cover of the filter-water separator housing.
Description
The invention relates to devices for purifying hydrocarbon liquids, such as motor fuels, from mechanical impurities and emulsion water, and can be used in the oil refining and chemical industries, in the field of oil product supply and in other industries associated with the separation of low-concentration suspensions and emulsions by filtration. A device is known, described in patent RU No. 2456055 C1 dated 10.03.2011, IPC B01D 36/04 (2006.01), for cleaning liquids in circulation systems, including a cylindrical body with a branch pipe in a vertical wall for the outlet of the purified liquid and a branch pipe in the bottom for discharging a portion of the liquid being cleaned, a cover with a branch pipe for the inlet of the liquid being cleaned, a filter element installed coaxially with the body, made of a hydrophobic material in the form of a truncated cone, and a gravity dynamic settling tank, located on the outer side of the bottom in a conical nozzle having branches for discharging the discharged liquid for circulation. The disadvantage of this device is the need to divert part of the untreated liquid to the discharge. The closest device to the claimed one is a cascade hydrodynamic filter-water separator [Patent RU 2545332 C1 dated 27.03.2015]. The device includes a filter-water separator housing divided into three stages by two perforated horizontal partitions having conical pipes in the central part, wherein the main hydrodynamic filter element is located in the first stage, and additional hydrodynamic filter elements, similar in design and geometrically similar to the main one, are located in the second and third stages, the flat upper bases of which are flanged, and the ratio of the working surfaces of the filter elements of the first, second and third stages is 10:3:1, the internal cavities of the filter elements are connected by means of conical pipes in the perforated partitions, and the internal cavity of the filter element of the third stage is connected to a conical drain pipe installed in the bottom of the third stage of the housing. Disadvantages of this device: all three stages of the filter-water separator operate simultaneously, resulting in single-stage filtration, which reduces filtration efficiency; frequent filter replacement is required; the liquid flow is supplied from top to bottom, and the filter design does not allow for the retention of fine contaminants. The objective of the present invention is to eliminate the said disadvantages and increase the efficiency of the device through three-stage filtration using a hydrophobic membrane filter and an adsorbent. The essence of the invention is explained by a drawing, which shows the general appearance of a combined hydrodynamic filter-water separator.
