Abstract

Each electric motor includes an electric motor control module. The electric power generating unit comprises an electric generator and a rectifier installed at the electrical output of the generator. The electric motors, the main DC power network, the electric power generating unit, the electric power storage unit, the electric motor control module, and the rectifier are connected by a single cooling circuit. The electrical conductors of the main electrical network are placed in the cooling channels of the cooling circuit and have no insulation, and the coolant moving through the cooling circuit simultaneously performs the function of a coolant, an electrical insulator, and a fire-extinguishing composition. - A hybrid power plant comprising an internal combustion engine with its automatic control system connected to a fuel supply system, electric motors, the total number of which corresponds to the number of propeller propellers, a power plant control system, a main DC electrical network, an electric power generation unit, an electric power storage unit and switching devices, each of which includes a disconnector and a disconnector control module, wherein each electric motor includes an electric motor control module and is kinematically connected to one of the propeller propellers, the electric power generation unit comprises an electric generator kinematically connected to the internal combustion engine and a rectifier installed at the electric output of the electric generator, the electric power storage unit includes at least two battery units connected in parallel and a device for monitoring the battery units, wherein the electric outputs of the electric power generation unit, the electric power storage unit and the electric input of the control module of each electric motor are connected to the main DC electrical network, the switching devices are installed at the electric input of each electric motor control module, the electrical output of the rectifier and the electrical output of each battery pack, the hybrid power plant control system is connected via information communication channels with each electric motor control module, the control module of the disconnector of each switching device, the devices for monitoring the battery packs, the automatic control system of the internal combustion engine and is designed with the possibility of controlling them, characterized in that the electric motors, the main DC electrical network, the electrical energy generation unit, the electrical energy accumulation unit, the electric motor control module and the rectifier are connected by a single cooling circuit, wherein the electrical conductors of the main electrical network are placed in the cooling channels of the cooling circuit and do not have insulation, and the coolant moving along the cooling circuit simultaneously performs the function of a coolant, the function of an electrical insulator and the function of a fire extinguishing agent.

A hybrid power plant is known (RU 2589532, 2016) comprising an internal combustion engine connected to a fuel supply system, an electric motor, a power plant control system, a direct current electrical network, an electric power generation unit, an electric power storage unit, wherein the electric motor includes an electric motor control module, the electric power generation unit comprises an electric generator kinematically connected to the internal combustion engine, and a rectifier installed at the electric output of the electric generator, the electric outputs of the electric power generation unit, the electric power storage unit and the electric input of the electric motor control module are connected to a direct current electrical network, wherein the electric power storage unit includes at least two battery packs. The disadvantage of this design is that each of the blocks has its own cooling system with its own cooling resource, which does not allow for effective management of the heat flows of the electric motor, the DC electrical network, the electric generator, and the control modules of the electric motor and electric generator. A hybrid power plant for aircraft is known (US 20160304214, 2016), comprising an internal combustion engine connected to a fuel supply system, electric motors, a direct current electrical network, an electric power generation unit, an electric power storage unit, wherein each electric motor includes an electric motor control module and is kinematically connected to a corresponding propeller propeller, the electric power generation unit contains an electric generator kinematically connected to the internal combustion engine, and a rectifier installed at the electric output of the electric generator, the electric outputs of the electric power generation unit, the electric power storage unit and the electric input of the control module of each electric motor are connected to a direct current electrical network.
