Claims (20)

  1. 1. A device for processing laundry, comprising a drum, wherein the drum includes:
  2. cylindrical section;
  3. a lift assembly formed by protruding inward from a cylindrical section by bending the cylindrical section, wherein the lift assembly has a major axis in a forward-backward direction; and
  4. a recess formed by bending a cylindrical section on the periphery of the lift, forming the periphery of the lift assembly, wherein the recess is designed in such a way as to surround the lift assembly and include both a first position, which is a point on the periphery of the lift, and a second position, which is a point located opposite the first position relative to the main axis of the lift assembly.
  5. 2. A device for processing linen according to claim 1, in which the recess is formed by the outward protrusion of a cylindrical section.
  6. 3. A device for processing linen according to claim 1, wherein the recess includes:

  8. a second recess that follows the shape of the first recess, wherein the second recess is located at a greater distance from the lift unit than the first recess.

The laundry processing device according to claim 1, wherein the drum further includes a projection forming a recess, located at a distance from the lift unit and configured to protrude into the cylindrical section when the cylindrical section is bent, wherein the recess is formed between the lift unit and the projection forming the recess.
  10. 5. The device for processing linen according to claim 4, wherein the protrusion forming the recess includes:
  11. a first projection forming a recess and formed at a first distance from the lift assembly; and
  12. a second projection forming a recess and formed at a second distance from the lift unit, wherein the recess includes:
  13. a first recess formed between the lift assembly and the first recess-forming projection; and
  14. a second recess formed between the first recess-forming projection and the second recess-forming projection.
  15. 6. A device for processing linen according to claim 1, in which the recess is formed along the entire periphery of the lift.
  16. 7. A device for processing linen according to claim 1, in which the cylindrical section is formed by rolling a metal plate made of a metallic material.
  17. 8. The apparatus for processing linen according to claim 1, wherein the lift unit consists of a plurality of groups, wherein each group consists of a plurality of lifts, wherein the plurality of groups are uniformly distributed around the circumference.
  18. 9. The apparatus for processing linen according to claim 8, in which the plurality of lifters constituting each group are arranged so that they do not coincide with each other with respect to the forward-backward direction.

Description

Field of technology The present invention relates to a device for processing laundry. State of the art A laundry processing device designed to process laundry includes a washing machine, a drying device, and the like. A laundry processing device, such as a washing machine or drying device, includes a rotating drum. The drum of the laundry processing device and the method for manufacturing the drum accommodate the laundry. The laundry placed in the drum is processed through various operations performed by the laundry processing device. The drum may include a lifter located on its inner circumferential surface. Korean Patent Application Publication No. 10-2011-0022359 discloses that the lifter, located on the inner circumferential surface, lifts the laundry as the drum rotates. Because the laundry lifter elevates the laundry, it provides an advantageous effect during various treatments performed by the laundry processing device. For example, in a washing machine, washing efficiency can be improved by increasing the friction between the laundry and the drum with the laundry lifter compared to without it. Korean Patent Application Publication No. 10-2020-0025557 discloses that a metal plate forming a drum undergoes plastic processing to form a riser. When the metal plate is processed to form the riser, and the metal plate from which the riser is formed is shaped into a cylindrical shape and its two ends are joined together to form the drum, the section in which the riser is formed may deform (or break) during the rolling process of the metal plate. Furthermore, the resulting drum may be susceptible to breakage because the rigidity of the section in which the riser is formed is lower than that of other sections. Technical challenge The present invention provides a laundry processing device and a method for manufacturing a drum, which can reduce damage (such as tearing and wrinkling) caused by a load in the case of forming a lifter by bending a metal plate to manufacture a drum (hereinafter referred to as a drum with a molding-type lifter structure). The present invention provides a laundry processing apparatus and a method for manufacturing a drum that can reduce damage by reducing the load applied to the drum lifter with a mold-type lifter structure. The present invention provides a laundry processing apparatus and a method for manufacturing a drum that can avoid the risk of rupture during the process of shaping a metal plate into a cylindrical shape in the process of manufacturing a drum with a mold-type lift structure. The present invention provides a laundry processing apparatus and a method for manufacturing a drum that can reduce the risk of damage to the drum caused by a load during use. The problems to be solved by the present description are not limited to this, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below. Technical solutions According to an embodiment, a device for processing laundry is proposed, comprising a drum, in which the drum includes a cylindrical section, a lift unit formed by protruding inward of the cylindrical section upon bending of the cylindrical section, wherein the lift unit has a main axis in the forward-backward direction, and a recess formed upon bending of the cylindrical section on the periphery of the lift, forming the periphery of the lift unit, wherein the recess is made in such a way as to surround the lift unit and include both a first position, which is a point on the periphery of the lift, and a second position, which is a point located opposite the first position relative to the main axis of the lift unit. Additionally, a recess can be formed by protruding a cylindrical section outward. Additionally, the recess may include a first recess; and a second recess that follows the shape of the first recess, wherein the second recess is located at a greater distance from the lift assembly than the first recess. In addition, the drum may further include a projection forming a recess, located at a distance from the lift unit and configured to protrude into the cylindrical section when the cylindrical section is bent, wherein the recess is formed between the lift unit and the projection forming the recess. Additionally, the recess-forming projection may include a first recess-forming projection configured to be located at a first distance from the lift assembly; and a second recess-forming projection configured to be located at a second distance from the lift assembly, wherein the recess includes: a first recess formed between the lift assembly and the first recess-forming projection; and a second recess formed between the first recess-forming projection and the second recess-forming projection.
