Claims (1)

  1. A universal remote communication console (URCC) comprising a housing consisting of structural elements interconnected by fastening products (FP), characterized in that the housing has a vibration-resistant modular frame structure consisting of an upper modular panel made in the form of a universal transition frame 1 with grooves for laying an electrically conductive sealing profile 5 (ECSP), on which a speaker panel 2, a display panel 3, a keyboard panel 4 are installed with the help of FPSP, and a frame detachable housing formed by a base 6, a front panel 7, side walls 8, a connection panel frame 9, in which a universal connection panel 11 is located, interconnected by FPSP and secured to the upper modular panel by means of a flange 10, in which the ESP 5 is installed in the grooves.

Description

The invention relates to instrument making, in particular to the design of housings for communication consoles of radio-electronic equipment (REA) and a wide range of devices, including those found in shipboard and coastal communication systems [1]. The design may comprise a device whose circuitry consists of: an electro-acoustic transducer, a microphone, a telephone, a display, a keyboard, a loudspeaker, a control unit, and a power supply module [2]. The closest in technical essence and adopted as a prototype is the enclosure of an IP telephone set for providing telephone communications in a GGS circuit system [3], which consists of a monolithic front panel with grooves and openings for the display, keyboard, and speaker, connected by fasteners (FF) to a rear cover made from a single piece of the enclosure. The telephone set design has a protection rating against foreign objects and water penetration of no more than IP44. The existing enclosure lacks the ability to flexibly position individual modules on the front panel, such as the speaker, display, and keyboard. There's also no panel for connecting various switching devices. Furthermore, the product lacks protection against shock and vibration. Taking into account the above, the objectives of the described invention are: - expansion of the scope of application by creating a design from standardized elements that could be used to accommodate a multifunctional subscriber communication terminal of various shapes and sizes in all coordinate axes, depending on the circuit design solutions used; - meeting the requirements of durability, strength and resistance to the effects of mechanical, climatic, biological factors and special environments with parameters corresponding to performance groups 1.1, 2.1.1, 2.2.1 GOST RV 20.39.304-98; - increasing the resulting degree of IP protection against penetration of foreign objects and water penetration; - provision of a shock and vibration protection system to meet the requirements for exposure to sinusoidal vibration in accordance with GOST RV 20.57.305-98. The objectives are achieved by the universal remote control panel's modular frame design, consisting of a top modular panel designed as a universal adapter frame into which the speaker panel, display panel, and keyboard panel are mounted using a CI. A disassemblable frame enclosure consists of a base, front panel, side panels, connection panel frame, and universal connection panel. To ensure electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), an electrically conductive sealing profile (ECS) is inserted into grooves between the individual modules and enclosure components. This profile also serves as a sealing element to enhance protection against foreign objects and water. The technical result of this invention consists of providing an IP53 rating for protection against foreign objects and water penetration, improving the ease of electrical installation with the ability to integrate the remote control into integrated communication systems (ICS), enabling horizontal and vertical installation on shock absorbers, and meeting the EMC requirements of GOST R IEC 61000-6-7-2019. This technological advantage, and consequently, the economic benefit, is achieved by manufacturing all PSVU components from rolled metal of uniform thickness, simplifying preparation and subsequent machining. To clarify the design of the described PSVU, drawings are presented below, which should be considered illustrative, but not exhaustive. Fig. 1 shows the assembled modular frame design of the PSVU; Fig. 2 shows the modular top panel and the installation of the EUP; Fig. 3 shows the frame structure of the body and the laying of the EUP; Fig. 4 shows the installation of the intermediate EUP between the top panel and the body. The described PSVU (see Fig. 1) is a collapsible universal modular-frame single structure, which basically consists of a modular top panel and a collapsible frame body, connected to each other by KI. The modular top panel (see Fig. 2) consists of a universal adapter frame 1 with grooves and holes for mounting the speaker panel 2, display panel 3, and keyboard panel 4, secured with screws through through holes in the frame's projections and blind threaded holes in the panels. An electronic control unit (ECU) 5 is placed in the grooves between the universal adapter frame and each individual panel. The dimensions and number of additional technological openings and grooves in the panels for the placement of: speaker and handset components, as in speaker panel 2, display and indicator LEDs, as in display panel 3, buttons, as in keyboard panel 4, are determined by the geometry of the built-in electronic and electrical devices. The ergonomics of the universal adapter frame allow for the installation of an unlimited number of modules of varying sizes, depending on the circuit design of the device and the overall dimensions of the PSVU. The frame-type disassemblable enclosure (see Fig. 3) includes a
