RU2861421C1RU 2861421 C1RU2861421 C1RU 2861421C1RU-2861421-C1

Abstract

FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for applying materials to surfaces to be treated and for levelling them. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the corner trowel has two flexible plates located at an angle to each other and a handle, the trowel is equipped with a support element made in the form of two rigid non-bending symmetrical sector-shaped parts, which are connected to each other by their sides at an angle. The flexible plates are also made in a sector-shaped form with an area exceeding the area of the parts of the support element, and are attached to the corresponding parts of the support element so that their sides form an angle equal to the angle between the parts of the support element. The vertices of the parts of the support element and the flexible plates are located at one point. The handle of the trowel is mounted at an angle to the line connecting the parts of the support element and the flexible plates by connecting the handle to the lower part of the support element – the base. EFFECT: simplifying the design and production of the trowel, facilitating its operation, increasing ergonomics, reliability and durability of its design, improving the quality of the levelled surface. 11 cl, 5 dwg

Description

The invention relates to the field of construction, namely to devices for applying materials (putty, plaster, etc.) to treated surfaces and leveling them. A spatula is known (patent RU 2274717, IPC E04F 21/08, published 20.04.2006), which contains a handle and a working plate having two large sides, two end and two side edges, wherein the handle is connected to the working plate and covers it from the side of its two large sides, two side and end edges, characterized in that at the edge of the handle on the side of the working plate there are two through slots to the working plate, located at the point of convergence of the side edge and the large side of the working plate. In this spatula, the size of the slot in the direction of the side edge is more than 2 times larger than the size of the slot in the transverse direction. The first edge of the slot is located in the plane of one of the large sides of the working plate, and the second edge of the slot is located parallel to the nearby side edge. The disadvantage of this spatula is the need for construction skills, the ability to form internal corner joints only 90°, and external ones using two spatulas and construction skills. A simple internal and external angle leveler for plastering work is known (China Utility Model Patent CN 220395093, IPC E04F 21/04, published on January 26, 2024), which comprises a main body of a trowel handle and a main body of a plastering plate, the main body of the trowel handle comprises a handle body, the inner wall of the handle body is slidingly connected to a limiting plate, the outer wall of the upper part of the limiting plate is fixedly provided with a telescopic handle, and the telescopic handle is fixedly connected to the main body of the plastering plate. The body of the plastering plate comprises a first inclined plastering plate, and the second inclined plastering plate is fixedly welded to the outer wall of one side of the first inclined plastering plate. After the first inclined plaster plate and the second inclined plaster plate are inclined to form a plaster plate body, the plaster plate body is installed on the telescopic handle with fixing nails, when the inner corner is plastered, only the protrusion on the back surface of the plaster plate body needs to be aligned with the inner corner, and when the outer corner is plastered, only the concave surface on the front surface of the plaster plate body needs to be aligned with the outer corner for plastering. The disadvantage of this spatula is that you need to have construction skills to use it. The closest technical solution to the claimed one is an angular trowel (patent RU 206293, IPC E04F 21/08, published September 3, 2021), which has two flexible plates positioned at an angle to each other and a handle, as well as a support element made of two rigid, inflexible, symmetrical sector-shaped parts, whose sides are connected at an angle of 95-110°. The flexible plates are also sector-shaped and attached to the corresponding parts of the support element. The apices of the support element and the flexible plates are located at a single point, and a series of through holes are made along the junction of the support element and the flexible plates in the area near their angular junction. The angular trowel allows the plates to apply putty to the corner with maximum quality, without radius or plane distortion, creating a clear, flawless junction of the two surfaces in the inner corner. The disadvantage of this spatula is the complication of its design due to the presence of through holes in it. In the construction industry, spatulas have been used for a long time, so they must be lightweight, reliable, ensure high-quality application of materials to the work surface and sufficient productivity. The objective of the invention is to create a spatula design that simplifies its design and production, facilitates operation, improves ergonomics, reliability and durability of the design, and the quality of the leveled surface. The stated problem is solved with the help of an angular spatula, having two flexible plates located at an angle to each other and a handle, the spatula is provided with a support element made in the form of two rigid, inflexible, symmetrical sector-shaped parts, which are connected to each other at an angle with their sides, while the flexible plates are also made in a sector-shaped form with an area exceeding the area of the parts of the support element, and are attached to the corresponding parts of the support element so that their sides form an angle equal to the angle between the parts of the support element, while the tops of the parts of the support element and the flexible plates are located at one point, while the handle of the spatula is installed at an angle to the line of connection of the parts of the support element and the flexible plates by connecting the handle with the lower part of the support element - the base.
