A device for unwinding rolls of rolled material, comprising a trolley on wheels, on the base of which a stand is mounted, consisting of a lower and an upper segment, the upper segment is designed with the possibility of adjusting and fixing the height of its extension, and in its upper part a limiting roller is installed for fixing the roll, on the base of the trolley a handle, a basket for a counterweight and spacers are installed, fixed to the lower segment of the stand, on the base under the stand a lifting platform is fixed, on which a limiting roller is installed for installing the roll.
  2. 2. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the wheels of the trolley are omnidirectional.

Field of technology The invention relates to technological processes and equipment used in construction and can be used in finishing work during the process of pasting walls with horizontal seamless wallpaper. The device and pasting method are designed to simplify the process of pasting walls with horizontal seamless wallpaper: moving the roll vertically within the room, unrolling and pressing the wallpaper at an adjustable height, and monitoring the verticality of the roll. State of the art A device for unwinding rolled material is known (RU Patent for Invention No. 2241654, IPC Class B65N 16/00, published on 12/10/2004), comprising a frame on which a holder of the roll being unwound is mounted, a drive shaft with at least two drive friction belts and their tension rollers, a winding drum, a drive connected to the drive shaft and the winding drum, a magazine for empty spools, a cutter for transversely cutting the rolled material, a pneumatic line, as well as a mechanism for feeding the next spool and removing the finished measured roll, made in the form of a crank shaft mounted on the frame in bearings, on which, firstly, two mutually oriented cranks are placed, each of which is provided with an end grip for the spool, and, secondly, a leading crank is fixed, connected to a pneumatic drive, wherein the pneumatic drive of the mechanism for feeding the next The spool and removal of the finished measured roll is made in the form of a block of two mutually joined blind ends of single-rod pneumatic cylinders, the piston rod of one of which is pivotally connected to the frame, and the piston rod of the other single-rod pneumatic cylinder is pivotally connected to the drive crank of the crank shaft, while the above-piston and below-piston cavities of each single-rod pneumatic cylinder of the said block are connected to the pneumatic line. A device for unwinding rolls of rolled material is known (Russian Federation Patent for Invention No. 2133705, IPC Class B65N 16/10, published July 27, 1999), comprising a roll support, an unwinding element, and an actuator that applies pressure to the roll, causing said unwinding element to press against the roll. A means is also provided for regulating the pressure applied to the roll by said unwinding element as a function of the diameter of the roll being unwound, wherein the pressure decreases as the diameter decreases. These devices are structurally complex and cannot be used for gluing wallpaper, including horizontal gluing of seamless wallpaper rolls. A method for gluing wallpaper and a device for implementing the same are known (RU Patent for Invention No. 2713676, IPC class B44C 7/00, published on 06.02.2020). The method for gluing wallpaper is characterized by installing a wallpaper roll on an adhesive container, pulling the wallpaper through an adhesive composition and applying the wallpaper to the surface to be pasted, while the free end of the wallpaper is pulled between a immersion and a contact roller partially immersed in the adhesive composition, the free end of the wallpaper with the adhesive composition applied to its back side is fixed at the starting point of the section of the surface to be pasted, moving the container with the wallpaper roll along the surface to be processed, pulling the wallpaper from the roll along the surface to be pasted until reaching the end point of the pasting section, while pressing the wallpaper with a pressure roller, distributing and leveling it over the surface to be processed, cutting off the pasted part of the wallpaper from the wallpaper roll. The device for gluing wallpaper contains a container for the adhesive composition, a holder with an axis for a wallpaper roll, while a contact roller is freely placed inside the container, a cylindrical immersion roller rests with its axis on the mounting holes of the container, a pair of brackets are pivotally mounted on the axis of the immersion roller on both sides of the container, connected to each other by a pressure bar, and the pressure roller rests on the brackets with its axis. The disadvantage of this device is its complex design and limited ease of use for wide-walled roll materials, such as seamless wallpaper rolls for horizontal hanging. Another drawback is the relatively low accuracy of roll material measurement and, consequently, poor wallpapering quality at low application speeds. Disclosure of invention The technical result consists in increasing the convenience of the process of gluing horizontal rolled seamless materials, increasing the accuracy of the measurement of the rolled material, as well as the accuracy of its positioning, increasing the speed and improving the quality of gluing.
