Abstract

FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beverage preparation devices. A container for preparing and consuming a beverage contains in its upper part a bendable element which passes into a holder. By means of said bendable element, the holder can be moved from its upper position to its lower position, wherein a piercer is arranged such that when the holder is in its upper position, the needles do not interact with the capsules, and when the holder is in its lower position, the needles pierce the capsules. In a second embodiment, the container in its upper part contains two annular grooves, one above the other, wherein the holder has a protrusion allowing it to be fixed in the upper or lower said grooves of the container, furthermore, the holder is configured to be movable from its upper position, in which its protrusion is in the upper groove of the container, to its lower position, in which its protrusion is in the lower groove of the container. The piercer is arranged such that when the holder is in its upper position, the needles do not interact with the capsules, and when the holder is in its lower position, the needles pierce the capsules. Claims (20)

  1. 1. A container for preparing and consuming a beverage, which in its upper part contains a flexible element that passes into a holder for at least one capsule, which has at least one opening in shape and size that allows the capsule to be inserted into it,
  2. by means of said flexible element the holder can move from its upper position to its lower position,
  3. the container is equipped with a piercer containing needles equal to the number of capsules, which is located inside the container and attached to its side walls,
  4. the piercer is positioned in such a way that when the holder is in its upper position, the needles do not interact with the capsules, and when the holder is in its lower position, the needles pierce the capsules,
  5. in addition, the holder contains at least one opening for drinking the beverage.
  6. 2. The container according to claim 1, wherein the flexible element is made in a ring shape, and the holder is made essentially in the shape of a disk.
  7. 3. The container according to item 1, in which the piercer is provided with guides designed to position the capsules when they are pierced.
  8. 4. The container according to item 3, in which the guides are connected to each other by stiffening elements.
  9. 5. A container according to item 1, which contains source water.
  10. 6. The container according to item 5, in which the source water is located in a container that is located inside the container.
  11. 7. The container according to claim 1, which in its lower part is at least partially made of an elastomer.

  13. 9. A container for preparing and consuming a beverage, which in its upper part contains two annular grooves, one above the other,

Description

Field of technology The invention relates to beverage preparation devices, as well as to containers specially adapted for specific products. The invention can be used for preparing and consuming beverages in challenging conditions, such as by passengers in vehicles, particularly taxis. State of the art The prior art discloses containers for preparing and consuming beverages described in RU 218200 U1, 16.05.2023, RU 219996 U1, 18.08.2023, RU 221418 U1, 07.11.2023, RU 220130 U1, 28.08.2023, RU 220368 U1, 20.07.2023, RU 220129 U1, 28.08.2023, as well as in RU 229407 U1, 04.10.2024, RU 229400 U1, 04.10.2024, RU 228658 U1, 09.09.2024, and equipped with capsule holders, and also with piercing tools. However, in known solutions, neither the capsule holders nor the piercers are movable; therefore, the capsule is pierced by the user when inserting it into the holder, immediately before preparing the drink. Therefore, known solutions cannot be stored with capsules installed, and also require the user to have the skills to correctly install capsules. If the coffee machine is operating with incorrectly installed capsules, known solutions are unsafe. Disclosureinventions Thus, the objective of the invention is to eliminate the shortcomings of the prior art, and the technical result of the invention is to ensure convenient and safe preparation and consumption of a beverage in difficult conditions, in particular, by passengers of vehicles, such as taxis. The said technical result is achieved by a beverage preparation and consumption container, which, in a first embodiment, comprises a flexible element at its upper portion that extends into a holder for at least one capsule, which has at least one opening of a shape and size suitable for inserting a capsule. By means of said flexible element, the holder can be moved from its upper position to its lower position. The container is equipped with a piercer containing needles corresponding to the number of capsules, located within the container and attached to its side walls. The piercer is positioned such that when the holder is in its upper position, the needles do not interact with the capsules, and when the holder is in its lower position, the needles pierce the capsules. Furthermore, the holder comprises at least one opening for consuming the beverage. In particular forms of implementation of the first variant of the container for preparing and consuming the drink, the technical result is also achieved due to the following. The said technical result is also achieved by a beverage preparation and consumption container, which, in the second embodiment, comprises two annular grooves, one above the other, in its upper portion. The container is equipped with a holder for at least one capsule, which has at least one opening of a shape and size suitable for inserting a capsule. The holder has a projection that allows it to be secured in the upper or lower grooves of the container. Furthermore, the holder is movable from its upper position, in which its projection is located in the upper groove of the container, to its lower position, in which its projection is located in the lower groove of the container. The container is equipped with a piercer containing needles corresponding to the number of capsules, which is located inside the container and attached to its side walls. The piercer is positioned such that when the holder is in its upper position, the needles do not interact with the capsules, and when the holder is in its lower position, the needles pierce the capsules.
