Abstract

FIELD: signalling. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to signalling, interlocking and blocking devices. The monitoring system for signalling, interlocking and blocking relay cabinets comprises a power supply unit, a control unit with visual and audible indication, a 'reset alarm' button, a rotary switch, an electronic key, an electronic key reader and peripheral devices, speakers, a power cable for the system control unit, cable cores of relay cabinets, mounting wires for connecting control sensors, thermal fuses with a function of tripping from elevated temperatures, reed switches with a magnet with a function of tripping when the relay cabinet doors are opened. The control unit is made in a plastic housing, is configured to select relay cabinets, to add and remove relay cabinets, including to control the temperature in rooms. The reed switches are connected to the thermal fuses by mounting wires for connecting control sensors. EFFECT: improvement of system control parameters and minimisation of threats of interference by unauthorised persons in the operation of signalling, interlocking and blocking devices. 1 cl, 2 dwg

  1. A system for monitoring relay cabinets of the signaling and control system (SCB), comprising a power supply unit, a control unit with light and sound indication, an "alarm reset" button, a rotary controller, an electronic key, an electronic key reader and peripheral devices, speakers, wherein the control unit is made in a plastic housing, is configured to select relay cabinets, with the ability to add and remove relay cabinets, including the ability to monitor the temperature in the premises, a power cable for the system control unit, cable cores of the relay cabinets, installation wires for connecting control sensors, thermal fuses with a function of triggering from high temperatures, reed switches with a magnet with a function of triggering when the doors of the relay cabinet are opened, wherein the reed switches are connected to the thermal fuses by installation wires for connecting the control sensors.

Description

Field of technology The invention relates to servicing centralization and blocking signaling devices (hereinafter referred to as CCB). State of the art The prior art includes the invention “Technical diagnostics and monitoring system ADK-SCB” comprising: a linear control level, a section control level, and a road control level (RU Patent No. 2751354, priority date 03.11.2020). A disadvantage of this invention is the low level of system control; it is not designed for installation in the station duty officer's office. The invention does not include fire detection functionality (either spontaneous or intentional) in the relay cabinet. The technical objective of the claimed invention is to overcome the technical shortcomings inherent in the analogue, which leads to the need to create a monitoring system for centralization and blocking signaling relay cabinets, providing instant notification to the station duty officer in the event of: unauthorized opening of the relay cabinet, its arson, or spontaneous combustion of equipment inside. The proposed invention makes it possible to record the opening and subsequent closing of a relay cabinet door, signaling that an intervention has occurred. Disclosure of the essence of the invention The technical result of the claimed invention is to improve the system control parameters and minimize the threat of interference by unauthorized persons in the operation of signaling and interlocking devices. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the monitoring system for the signaling and control system relay cabinets contains a power supply unit, a control unit with light and sound indication, an "alarm reset" button, a rotary regulator, an electronic key, an electronic key reader and peripheral devices with speakers, wherein the control unit is made in a plastic housing, is configured to select relay cabinets, with the ability to add and remove relay cabinets, including the ability to monitor the temperature in the premises, a power cable for the system control unit, cable cores of the relay cabinets, installation wires for connecting the control sensors, thermal fuses with a function of triggering from high temperatures, reed switches with a magnet with a function of triggering when the doors of the relay cabinet are opened. During operation of the system, it is possible to connect up to 24 relay cabinets as controlled objects. This will increase the service life of the signaling and control relay cabinets.
