Description
The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used for batch installation of pipes on overpass building structures. The closest in technical essence to the claimed design solution is the design solution of multi-turn equipment for transporting a package of long items, selected as a prototype [Author's Certificate, SU 517538 A1 USSR, IPC B65D 19/06, B65G 57/18, Multi-turn equipment for transporting a package of long items, No. 2078567, Dmitriev V. N., applicant Design and Engineering Technological Institute of Warehouse Management "ORGSNAB", declared. 11.11.1974, published. 15.06.1976 bulletin No. 22], including a crossbar with telescopic posts and a clamping mechanism, wherein the telescopic posts are equipped with eyes for slinging. After the long items are stacked on the beam, which is bounded at the edges by telescopic supports, a clamping mechanism in the form of a crossbar is inserted between the telescopic supports and pushed until it contacts the long items. The crossbar's edges are fitted with springs with latches that engage grooves in hollow rods within the telescopic supports, ensuring that the bundle of long items is clamped. When the lifting device lifts the tooling by its lugs, along with the bundle of long items, the weight of the bundle causes the hollow rods within the telescopic supports to extend upward, simultaneously compressing the springs, which are also part of the telescopic supports. The crossbar maintains its position under its own weight during lifting, and its latches, continuously compressed, engage grooves in the hollow rods within the telescopic supports. Thus, this known technical solution ensures continuous clamping of a bundle of long items, such as pipes, during transportation. The prototype features, which coincide with the essential features of the claimed invention, are equipment for the package installation of pipes, including a crossbar with two lugs at the edges for slinging, equipped with telescopic stands and a clamping mechanism. The disadvantage of the known design solution is its low technological reliability, due to the impossibility of high-precision alignment and installation of each individual pipe in the package vertically and horizontally in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the pipes being installed, when installing a package of pipes on the building structures of overpasses. The specified disadvantage of the prototype is manifested in the fact that, according to the known design solution, see [Author's Certificate, SU 517538 A1 USSR, IPC B65D 19/06, B65G 57/18, Multi-turn equipment for transporting a package of long products, No. 2078567, Dmitriev V. N., applicant Design and Technology Institute of Warehouse Management "ORGSNAB", applied. 11.11.1974, published. 15.06.1976 bulletin No. 22], the products to be stacked as part of a package of long products are freely placed in the equipment in a single space, limited at the bottom by a crossbar, and at the edges by telescopic posts, after which they are pressed from above by a clamping mechanism in the form of a crossbar. Thus, high-precision alignment and installation of each individual pipe of the assembled package vertically and horizontally in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the assembled pipes is not possible. For a known technical solution adopted as a prototype, see [Author's Certificate, SU 517538 A1 USSR, IPC B65D 19/06, B65G 57/18, Multi-turn equipment for transporting a package of long products, No. 2078567, Dmitriev V. N., applicant Design and Engineering Technological Institute of Warehouse Management "ORGSNAB", declared 11.11.1974, published 15.06.1976 Bulletin. №22], is primarily designed for transportation and loading and unloading operations of a package of long products in conditions where there is no technological need for high-precision alignment and installation of each individual pipe in the equipment, for example, when working in warehouse areas for long-term or temporary storage of products, and has low technological reliability due to the impossibility of high-precision alignment and installation of each individual pipe in the package vertically and horizontally in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the pipes being installed, when installing a package of pipes on overpass structures. Thus, the technical problem that the proposed invention solves is the lack of a design solution for equipment for the package installation of pipes on overpass building structures that has high technological reliability. The objective of the invention is to develop a design solution for equipment for the package installation of pipes, ensuring high technological reliability, due to the possibility of high-precision alignment and installation of each individual pipe of the installed package vertically and horizontally in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the pipes being installed on the building structures of overpasses.
