Abstract
FIELD: personal protective equipment. SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to personal respiratory protection, a forced air supply unit and parts thereof. A connecting tube for connecting a forced air supply unit to the internal threaded fastening of the face part of a gas mask with a nominal thread diameter of 40 mm, a thread pitch of 4 mm, a rounding radius of 1.25 mm, comprises a hose with a length of 0.55 to 40 m, at one end of which an angle fitting is attached by means of glue and a clamp, which is a housing with a through hole inside and a ring configured to rotate freely with an external threaded fastening with a nominal thread diameter of 40 mm, a thread pitch of 4 mm, a rounding radius of 1.25 mm. At the other end of the hose, an adapter is fixed by means of glue and a clamp, comprising an adapter housing consisting of a part in the form of a hollow cylinder with a height of 30±1 mm and a wall thickness of 3.5 mm, with a maximum external diameter of 26±1 mm, a bead made in the form of a ring with an external diameter of 42±1 mm, an internal diameter of 26±1 mm and a thickness of 3 mm, as well as a part in the form of a hollow cylinder with a height of 22±1 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm, with a maximum external diameter of 31.5±1 mm, an annular groove with a width of 7 mm and a depth of 2 mm, two adapter travel locks located 180 degrees relative to each other and made in the form of oval spikes, the height of each of which is 3.5 mm, the length and maximum width are 4 mm, and a gasket with a maximum external diameter of 32±1 mm, a width of 6 mm, a maximum thickness of 2.2 mm. EFFECT: provision of a safe and sealed connection between the internal threaded fastening of the face part of the gas mask, complying with the requirements of GOST 8762-75, and the 3M™ Speedglas™ Adflo™ forced air supply unit using the developed connecting tube. 1 cl, 7 dwg

- A connecting tube for connecting a forced air supply unit to an internal threaded fastening of the face part of a gas mask with a nominal thread diameter of 40 mm, a thread pitch of 4 mm, a curvature radius of 1.25 mm, containing a hose with a length of 0.55 to 40 m, on one side of which an angular fitting is connected by means of glue and a clamp, which is a housing, inside which there is a through hole and a ring made with the possibility of free rotation with an external threaded fastening with a nominal thread diameter of 40 mm, a thread pitch of 4 mm, a curvature radius of 1.25 mm, characterized in that on the other side of the hose an adapter is fixed by means of glue and a clamp, containing:
- an adapter body consisting of a part in the form of a hollow cylinder with a height of 30±1 mm and a wall thickness of 3.5 mm, with a maximum external diameter of 26±1 mm, a flange made in the form of a ring with an external diameter of 42±1 mm, an internal diameter of 26±1 mm and a thickness of 3 mm, as well as a part in the form of a hollow cylinder with a height of 22±1 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm, with a maximum external diameter of 31.5±1 mm, an annular groove with a width of 7 mm and a depth of 2 mm, two adapter travel locks located at 180 degrees relative to each other and made in the form of oval spikes, the height of each of which is 3.5 mm, the length and maximum width of 4 mm,

Description
1. The field of technology to which the invention relates The present invention relates to personal respiratory protective equipment, a forced air supply unit and parts therefor. 2. State of the art A connecting tube with an angular fitting from the PMK-S gas mask is known from the prior art, which is included in the PMK-S gas mask kit (in the kit for special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian National Guard) (Fig. 1, A). This connecting tube with an angular fitting provides a hermetic connection between the internal threaded fastening of the face part of the PMK-S gas mask and the FPK-7PB filter-absorbing box (FPK-7PM, IZOD filter brand B1E1K2NOCO35SXP3RD, etc.). The angled fitting is made of injection-molded plastic and features a rotating clamping ring, allowing the hose to be adjusted relative to the face of the PMK-S gas mask. The angled fitting is connected to the rubber corrugated hose using adhesive and a metal clamp. This connecting tube with an angular fitting from the PMK-S gas mask (as part of the kit for special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian National Guard) was chosen as the closest analogue (prototype) of the claimed invention. As a disadvantage, it should be noted that the connecting tube with an angular fitting from the PMK-S gas mask cannot be used to connect the forced air supply unit to the internal threaded fastening of the face part of the PMK-S gas mask and other gas masks with an internal threaded fastening that meets the requirements of GOST 8762-75. 3. Disclosure of the essence of the invention The technical problem solved by the invention is to develop a connecting tube for connecting the 3M™ Speedglas™ Adflo™ forced air supply unit to the internal threaded fastening of the face part of a gas mask, which meets the requirements of GOST 8762-75. The internal threaded fastening of the gas mask facepiece, which complies with the requirements of GOST 8762-75, has the following main characteristics: nominal thread diameter - 40 mm; thread pitch - 4 mm; curvature radius - 1.25 mm; smallest internal diameter - 38.41 mm; largest internal diameter - 38.06 mm; smallest outer diameter - 40.06 mm. The technical result is to ensure a safe and hermetic connection between the internal threaded fastening of the face part of a gas mask that meets the requirements of GOST 8762-75 and the 3M™ Speedglas™ Adflo™ forced air supply unit using the developed connecting tube. In order to implement the technical task, a system was developedconnecting tube (1), which consists of (Fig. 1): hose (2); corner fitting (3); adapter (4) connecting the opening of the 3M™ Speedglas™ Adflo™ forced air supply unit (12) and the opening of the connecting part of the hose (2) (hereinafter referred to as the adapter). Let us examine in more detail each element of the developed connecting tube (1). 1. When implementing the claimed invention, a rubber corrugated hose known from the prior art, developed in accordance with GOST 12.4.166-85, was used as a hose (2); it has the following main dimensions: length - 550±75 mm, hose corrugation height - 34±1 mm, hose corrugation width - 36±1 mm (Fig. 1). The rubber corrugated hose has two connecting parts that are connected to the transverse folds (corrugations) of the hose, the outer diameter of the connecting part is 28±1 mm, the inner diameter of the connecting part is 25±1 mm. The rubber corrugated hose has transverse folds (corrugations), which gives it the necessary elasticity and ensures the passage of air when bending. From a practical point of view, hoses of 55-100 cm in length are of interest for use in the filter mode (depending on the user's height); in this case, the 3M™ Speedglas™ Adflo™ forced air supply unit is supposed to be attached to the user's belt. Figs. 6-7 show a user of the 3M™ Speedglas™ Adflo™ forced air supply unit with a height of approximately 160 cm; a 55 cm long hose (2) is used as part of the connecting tube (1). It is also possible to use hoses from the composition of hose gas masks made on the basis of polyvinyl chloride or rubber-fabric material with a length of up to 40 m as a hose (2), for example, to use a hose based on polyvinyl chloride from the composition of the hose gas mask BRIZ-0301 (PSh-1S). In case of using hoses with the length from 10 to 40 meters, it is assumed that the 3M™ Speedglas™ Adflo™ Forced Air Supply Unit is placed in the territory of the “clean” zone, where the oxygen content is more than 17%; in this case of use, it is assumed that the 3M™ Speedglas™ Adflo™ Forced Air Supply Unit is used in the isolating mode of operation. 2. In implementing the claimed invention, a known prior art angular fitting from a connecting tube with an angular fitting, which is part of the PMK-S gas mask kit (in the kit for special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian National Guard (Fig. 1, A)), was used as the angular fitting (3). The angular fitting (3) can be made of mate
