Abstract

A section of a mobile demountable bridge consists of a load-bearing element, which is two profile beams connected to each other, support elements transversely fixed to the profile beams of the load-bearing element at an angle of 90° to its longitudinal plane, and a truss system, which is two cable trusses, each of which is fixed on the lateral parts of the corresponding profile beam and passes through the apex of the corresponding support element. The profile beams of the load-bearing element are made with the possibility of mating and axial fixation with the corresponding elements of adjacent sections.   1. A section of a mobile, prefabricated and disassemblable bridge consisting of a supporting element, which is two profile beams connected to each other, transversely secured to the profile beams of the supporting element in a position at an angle of 90° to its longitudinal plane of the supporting elements and a truss system, characterized in that the truss system is two cable trusses, each of which is secured to the lateral parts of the corresponding profile beam and passes through the top of the corresponding supporting element, wherein the profile beams of the supporting element are designed with the possibility of mating and axial fixation with the corresponding elements of adjacent sections.

Description

The technical solution relates to the field of bridge construction and can be used for the rapid construction of bridge crossings (vehicle and pedestrian) over various obstacles, including those that arise suddenly. For the organization of quickly erected bridge crossings, the use of various types of prefabricated structures is known. A prefabricated and disassemblable bridge structure is known (see patent RU No. 2814086, IPC E01D15/12, published 02/21/2024), containing longitudinal lattice trusses connected to each other by transverse lattice inserts and diagonal ties, characterized in that the ties are made cross-shaped, the longitudinal trusses are made with folding upper and lower chords, inside which twisted cables are stretched, while the longitudinal trusses are made with additional components for the possibility of adjusting them along the length, an additional support post with a groove connector and a support platform for fixing the transverse lattice inserts is installed on each connecting node of the longitudinal trusses, orthotropic road pavement slabs with a corrugated surface are installed on top of the upper chord, and twisted torsion bars are stretched inside the pavement slabs in tubes. The existing solution, while allowing for the construction of a bridge structure and, if necessary, its disassembly, transportation, and installation elsewhere, has several drawbacks. Its assembly and installation require specialized equipment and mechanisms, and its weight and dimensions require specialized transport vehicles. Furthermore, the existing solution has a low relative load-bearing capacity (the ratio of the dead weight of the structural elements to the maximum load they can support). A mobile sliding bridge is known (see patent RU No. 2587379, IPC E01D15/12, published 20.06.2016), consisting of at least two sections connected to each other, each of which contains at least two lateral frame elements located in parallel planes in the form of two beams of the same length, pivotally connected to each other at their geometric centers according to the “scissors” type, that is, with the possibility of rotation around an axis perpendicular to the common plane formed by them, characterized in that the upper and lower ends of the beams of one lateral frame element are connected in pairs to the upper and lower ends of the other lateral frame element by means of rigid connections, the sections are connected to each other pivotally at the corresponding ends of the lateral frame elements, and a bridge deck consisting of two parts is attached to the rigid connections connecting the opposite lower ends of the beams of two adjacent frame elements with the possibility of rotation around them, pivotally connected to each other along an axis perpendicular to the direction of movement across the bridge. The well-known bridge is compact in its folded ("marching") state, which allows for its mobile delivery in a truck to the installation site, provides the possibility of rapid installation ("deployment") in a given location without the use of assembly operations, and has a high absolute load-bearing capacity, allowing for automobile communication, however, its relative load-bearing capacity is also low, and its movement and installation also require trucks and special equipment. A collapsible suspension bridge is known and accepted as the closest analogue (see patent RU No. 2394123, IPC E01D15/12, published on 10.07.2010), consisting of bridge sections, characterized in that it is made of four sections, the first of which is two guide channels installed parallel to each other, the second and third sections are made in the form of two bridge pillars installed on the channels, and the fourth section is made in the form of a throw-over ladder hung on steel cables between the pillars, but not less than in four lines of cables, each of the bridge pillars consists of two components - upper and lower, connected to each other by hinges with the ability to open and fold, and the upper component is two identical steel arches connected to each other by parallel ties, while the height of the bridge pillars depends on the height of the lighting line and does not exceed it, and along the plane The arcs are equipped with roller bearings, which have grooves for laying flexible steel cables, and a worm gear mechanism for tensioning the cables is installed in the lower component of the stand. The well-known bridge has small dimensions and weight, is easy to assemble and install, but, like other bridges, it has a low relative load-bearing capacity (the ratio of the dead weight of the structural elements to the maximum load it can withstand). The technical result of the claimed solution is an increase in the relative load-bearing capacity and speed of construction of the structure without complicating it by increasing its weight and size parameters.
