Abstract

FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of lightweight panels that can be used in the field of structures for a wide range of applications, for example, finishing building facades, wall panels of low-rise construction structures, decorative roofing finishing, decorative interior wall finishing. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the panel for finishing walls and roofs includes: a rectangular frame made with partitions, wherein through holes are made in the partitions and along the perimeter of the frame, a rectangular sheet made with bent L-shaped edges along its perimeter, with holes made in them intended for fastening to the frame, wherein the sheet with the frame is fixed by means of pins through the holes in the frame by spot welding and by means of screws along the perimeter of the frame through holes made in the bent edges. EFFECT: provision of a smooth outer surface of the panel, suitable for all-weather use, decoration and withstands increased loads without changing visual properties. 4 cl, 5 dwg

Description

The invention relates to the production of lightweight panels that can be used in the field of general-purpose structures, such as finishing building facades, wall panels for low-rise buildings, decorative roof finishing, and decorative interior wall finishing. A known art construction for a fencing system with thermal insulation, active moisture removal, and decorative facade finishing comprises a frame formed by horizontally and vertically arranged profiles secured to a wall, a thermal insulation element formed by insulation and an air gap, and facade fencing elements. The frame is made of metal and mounted on brackets secured to the building wall. The horizontally arranged profiles, which support the vapor-permeable insulation, have a Z-shape in cross-section, while the vertically arranged profiles have a U-shape in cross-section with a flat wall and two shelves with outward bends at the edges of the profile, by which the vertically arranged profile is attached to the shelf of the Z-shaped cross-section profile (RU 2229573 C1, published 27.05.2004). The closest to the claimed solution is a panel having an internal frame made of perforated metal profiles, cladding, insulation, as well as pairs of guides and connecting elements connected to the internal frame on the sides of the panel, wherein the said guides are made with the possibility of installation on the said crossbar through the said openings in the support elements and form with them (openings) a kinematic pair with the possibility of their (guides) vertical movement by means of the said screw mechanism while excluding lateral displacements, and the said connecting elements are made with the possibility of connecting the panels vertically (RU 123030 U1, published 20.12.2012). The disadvantage of the known solution is that this system is essentially a subsystem for attaching decorative elements to the building's façade, since our system itself is the final front surface. The technical problem that the claimed invention aims to solve is the creation of a universal panel suitable for use both for facades and roofing of buildings and structures, including for decorative finishing of walls and roofs. The technical result is to provide a smooth outer surface of the panel, suitable for all-weather use, decoration, and withstanding increased loads without changing its visual properties. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the panel for finishing walls and roofs includes: a rectangular frame made with partitions, with through holes made in the partitions and along the perimeter of the frame, a rectangular sheet made with bent L-shaped edges around its perimeter, with holes made in them for fastening to a frame, In this case, the sheet with the frame is secured by means of studs through holes in the frame using spot welding and by means of screws along the perimeter of the frame through holes made in the folded edges. In this particular case, drainage holes are made in the frame around the perimeter. The sheet can be made of stainless steel, aluminum alloys, titanium, brass, copper, bronze, COR-TEN steel, stainless steel or composite materials. The frame with partitions can be made from profile pipes connected by welding. The panel sheet is connected to the frame using spot-welded studs and through holes in the frame, allowing for invisible fastening, resulting in a smooth exterior surface suitable for all-weather use and decoration. Holes drilled around the frame perimeter and on the folded edges of the sheet allow for fastening the sheet around the frame, providing additional distributed load on the panel, increasing the structural strength without affecting its visual properties. The use of mechanical connections between structural elements allows for the structure to be strengthened, prevents warping and deformation, and allows for its use regardless of the season and weather conditions. Drainage holes provided in the frame elements for removing moisture from the panel prevent warping of the facing material and, thus, additionally ensure all-weather use of the panels for both interior and exterior finishing in the form of wall and roof facades. Additionally, structural strength can be increased by determining the stud spacing. For example, given the panel load requirements specified in the technical specifications, the spacing and number of studs used to secure the sheet to the panel frame can be determined. Well-known tools, such as CAD ( computer-aided design) programs, can be used for calculations. These programs can also be used to determine the sheet thickness and the attachment to the building. The essence of the invention is explained in Fig. 1-5, which show: Fig. 1 - panel, front view, Fig. 2 - panel, top view, Fig. 3 - panel, side view, Fig. 4 - the unit for attaching the stud to the sheet, Fig. 5 - Z-profile and ikli fastening unit.
