Abstract

FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of lightweight panels that can be used in the field of structures for a wide range of applications, for example, finishing building facades, wall panels of low-rise construction structures, decorative roofing finishing, decorative interior wall finishing. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the panel for finishing walls and roofs includes: an outer sheet with edges bent along the perimeter, forming a rectangular cavity, an inner sheet with L-shaped edges bent along the perimeter, contacting the bent edge of the outer sheet, a rear sheet placed on the side of the inner sheet and connected along the perimeter of the panel to the inner and outer sheets by means of rivets, wherein the outer and inner sheets are connected to each other by welding along the bent edges of the sheets, the internal space between the outer and inner sheets is filled with a honeycomb filler connected to them by gluing. EFFECT: provision of a smooth outer surface of the panel, necessary for high-quality decorative finishing both due to the material used and for applying decorative means and elements to the surface, suitable for all-weather use, decoration and withstands increased loads without changing visual properties. 8 cl, 6 dwg

Description

The invention relates to the production of lightweight panels that can be used in the field of multi-purpose structures, such as finishing building facades, wall panels for low-rise buildings, decorative roof finishing, and decorative interior wall finishing. A known art construction for a fencing system with thermal insulation, active moisture removal, and decorative facade finishing comprises a frame formed by horizontally and vertically arranged profiles secured to a wall, a thermal insulation element formed by insulation and an air gap, and facade fencing elements. The frame is made of metal and mounted on brackets secured to the building wall. The horizontally arranged profiles, which support the vapor-permeable insulation, have a Z-shape in cross-section, while the vertically arranged profiles have a U-shape in cross-section with a flat wall and two shelves with outward bends at the edges of the profile, by which the vertically arranged profile is attached to the shelf of the Z-shaped cross-section profile (RU 2229573 C1, published 27.05.2004). The closest to the claimed solution is a metal panel with a metal cellular filler, containing a frame made of longitudinal elements and transverse elements penetrating them, wherein thin-walled metal pipes of rectangular or square cross-section are used as longitudinal and transverse elements, having upper and lower horizontal walls and vertical walls between them; wherein the pipes that act as longitudinal elements - the longitudinal pipes of the frame - are connected to each other in the panel by vertical walls, and their horizontal walls form the upper and lower load-bearing surfaces of the panel, respectively; pipes acting as transverse elements - transverse frame pipes, are located in cutouts made in the vertical walls of the longitudinal pipes, while the longitudinal frame pipes are fixed to each other by pins installed in the transverse pipes, while a cellular metal filler is located inside the longitudinal frame pipes, and the cells of the filler are not connected to the said horizontal walls of the longitudinal frame pipes (RU 2753430 C1, published 08/16/2021). The disadvantages of the existing solution include the fact that the panels are connected solely by adhesive. This solution is not fire-safe, as the adhesive layer deteriorates at high temperatures. It also offers limited structural strength, as seasonal changes in temperature and humidity can cause partial or complete detachment of the honeycomb core from the facing metal. The technical problem that the claimed invention aims to solve is the creation of a universal panel suitable for use both for facades and roofing of buildings and structures, including for decorative finishing of walls and roofs. The technical result is to provide a smooth outer surface of the panel, necessary for high-quality decorative finishing, both due to the material used and for the application of decorative agents and elements to the surface, suitable for all-weather use, decoration, and withstanding increased loads without changing the visual properties. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the panel for finishing walls and roofs includes: an outer sheet with edges folded around the perimeter, forming a cavity of rectangular cross-section, an inner sheet with edges bent in an L-shape around the perimeter, touching the bent edge of the outer sheet, a rear sheet placed on the side of the inner sheet and connected along the perimeter of the panel with the inner and outer sheets by means of rivets, in this case, the outer and inner sheets are connected to each other by welding along the bent edges of the sheets, The internal space between the outer and inner sheets is filled with honeycomb filler, connected to them by gluing. The configuration of the outer and inner sheets, with the option of joining them by welding in addition to the adhesive bonding of the panel elements, increases the strength of the overall structure and ensures all-weather use in the exterior façades and roofs of buildings and structures. The use of a rear sheet in the structure and its perimeter fastening to both the inner and outer sheets of the panel distributes the load on the panel itself when it is attached to a wall or roof, allowing it to withstand increased loads. In a particular case, the outer and inner sheets are connected to each other using spot welding or capacitor welding. The honeycomb filler can be made of aluminum or stainless steel. Panel sheets can be made from various materials, such as aluminum alloys, titanium, brass, copper, bronze, COR-TEN steel, stainless steel, composite materials, bimetals, and combinations of these materials. When using panel sheets made of different materials, in particular when choosing different metals and alloys, an additional metal sheet, for example, made of stainless steel, is placed between the outer sheet and the honeycomb filler to prevent galvanic corrosion of the materials used.
