  1. 1. A high-pressure tank for testing multi-purpose parts, equipped with a pressure source, for example, in the form of a pumping station, a supply of hydraulic fluid for testing and a drive for moving the lid with a sealing gap along the contour of the protruding part of the latter with the help of a cuff, resting with its upper part against its protective ring, characterized in that the cuff in section is presented as a U-shape, the dimensions of the "inner leg" of which with its outer side provide a preliminary tension of the cuff on the cylindrical part of the lid, and "outer", allowing the lid with the cuff to be freely placed inside the test boiler, with the possibility of its sliding when the latter is pressed back by a movement from below the circular edge of the guide element of the lid, which, together with the spring, is pressed to its end by a tie bolt, along the axis of the latter a through hole is made for feeding hydraulic fluid under pressure into the tank boiler for testing, and the end cylindrical part of the guide element on the outside is provided with a chamfer with the possibility of its abutment against a mating chamfer inside the boiler, allowing the transition the latter in the pressure increase mode for testing the part with reaching the operating level and maintaining it, regulated by the operating program of the cover movement drive.

Description

The invention relates to hydraulic positive displacement machines and concerns devices for generating high pressure in tanks for testing the strength of various parts. High-pressure generating devices are known for implementing technological testing processes for various objects: reactor and condenser columns, separators, heat exchangers, scrubbers, etc. High-pressure pumps, for example, according to patent SU 1566850 A1, accepted as a prototype, comprise a housing with a channel, a piston and electrical input located in the channel, and locking nuts installed in the housing. It is known that, during continuous operation or when operating with a large volume of working fluid, they do not provide pressure in the working chambers above 500-700 bar. This limitation is caused by the ultimate sealing capabilities at the interface between the chamber and the test equipment cover using various types of cuffs. Among these, the most widely used cuffs are those designed for single-use or short-term periodic use, leading to their repeated replacement during the operation of high-pressure devices. When hydraulically testing products with structural elements such as sharp edges, threaded surfaces, etc. Sealing the cavities of high-pressure test chambers requires specialized equipment and tooling, including the development of high-pressure vessels equipped with specialized seals and mechanisms. This task is relevant for testing large-sized components for various purposes, generating operating pressures of 1000 bar or more. The aim of the invention is to improve the seal at the junction of the working chamber (boiler) and the cover of the high-pressure tank. This objective is achieved in that a high-pressure tank equipped with a pressure source, for example, in the form of a pumping station, for feeding test hydraulic fluid into the boiler and a drive for moving its cover with a sealing gap along the contour of its protruding part with the help of a cuff, resting its upper part against its protective ring, characterized in that the cuff in section is presented in a U-shape, the dimensions of the "inner leg" of which with its outer side provide a preliminary tension of the cuff on the cylindrical part of the cover, and the "outer" - reduced, allowing the lid with the cuff to be freely placed inside the test boiler, with the possibility of squeezing it by moving from below the truncated circular edge of the guide element to the inner wall of the boiler, which, together with the spring, is pressed to its end by a tie bolt and along the axis of which a through hole is made for feeding the tank under pressure of hydraulic fluid for testing into the boiler, and the end cylindrical part of the guide element is provided with an external chamfer with the possibility of its stop into the counter-chamfer inside the boiler and then reaching the operating pressure level and the time it is maintained, regulated by the operating program of the drive for moving the said cover; in addition, the proposed cuff is made of polyurethane of the required hardness. The operating state of the tank is shown in the same drawing by the upper part of the boiler in the mode of maintaining the obtained pressure, drawn with thin lines; in addition, callouts are provided: drawing 1a - the circular edge 13 of the guide element 6 is positioned in the initial state under the cavity of the cuff with a "light touch" to the outer right "leg" of the section of the cuff 4; drawing 2a - the outer right "leg" of the section of the cuff 4 is pressed against the inner wall of the boiler 1 by the circular edge 13 of the guide element 6 in its uppermost operating position. The high-pressure tank contains a boiler 1 with an internal chamfer 2 and a cover 3, a U-shaped cuff 4 in cross-section, tightly fitted onto the middle part of the cylindrical protrusion 5 of the cover 3, drawing 1a, i.e. the diameter of the "inner leg" of the U-shaped section with its outer surface ensures sufficient tension of the cuff 4 on the outer surface of the cylindrical projection 5 of the cover 3, wherein the diameter of the cuff 4 along the outer "leg" of this section is reduced, drawing 1a, which allows the cover 3 with the cuff 4 to be freely placed inside the test boiler 3, in addition, the drawing shows a guide element 6, aggregated from below through an adjustable gasket 7 with the cover 3 and presented in section by a configuration in the form of an outer cylinder 8 and an "inverted" inner 9 connected to each other, wherein the end part of the first is provided with a chamfer 10 on the outside at the bottom and a cylindrical projection 12 of the cover 3 is rested against its bottom cavity from the inside together with a spring 11, and the upper end of the outer wall of the guide element 6 is made in the form of a truncated circular edge 13 with the possibility of squeezing out the right "leg" of the section of the cuff 4 to the inner w
