Abstract

The present invention relates to a porous geopolymer material composition for thermal insulation. Consisting of calcined kaolin (metakaolin), alkaline activator (alkaline activator) in an amount of 0.4 to 1.0 times by weight of calcined kaolin (metakaolin), aluminum powder (Al powder) in an amount of 0.0002 to 0.02 times by weight of kaolin. Claims (10)

  1. 1. Composition of porous geopolymer material for thermal insulation consisting of calcined kaolin (metakaolin) and alkaline activator (alkaline activator) in the amount of 0.4 to 1.0 times water. The weight of calcined kaolin (metakaolin) and aluminum powder (Al powder) amounted to 0.0002 to 0.02 times by the weight of calcined kaolin (metakaolin), which has the characteristics of Alkaline activator (alkaline activator) is a mixture between Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) in a ratio of 1 ratio 2.5 to 1 ratio 5.0 by weight.
  2. 2. Composition of the porous geopolymer material according to claim 1, wherein the amount of alkaline activator is 0.6 to 0.9 times by weight of fired kaolin clay ( metakaolin)
  3. 3. Composition of the porous geopolymer material according to claim 1, wherein the aluminum powder (Al powder) has an amount of 0.001 to 0.01 by weight of calcined kaolin (metakaolin).
  4. 4. Composition of the porous geopolymer material according to claim 1, with calcined white clay (metakaolin) having an average particle size of 5 to 30 micrometers.
  5. 5. Composition of the porous geopolymer material according to claim 1, wherein the aluminum powder (Al powder) has an average particle size of 1 to 5 micrometers.
  6. 6. Composition of the porous geopolymer material according to claim 1, wherein the alkaline activator has a ratio of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and sodium. Silicate (Na2SiO3) in a ratio of 1 ratio 3.5 to 1 ratio 4.0 by weight.
