Abstract

A scene management system includes a first communication device including a first sensor configured to provide first sensor data regarding a first data source associated with a first agency, a second communication device including a second sensor configured to provide second sensor data regarding a second data source associated with a second agency different from the first agency, and processing circuitry in communication with the first communication device and the second communication device. The processing circuitry is configured to receive the first sensor data and the second sensor data and transmit the first sensor data and the second sensor data to a remote device.

Claims (13)

  1. 1 . A scene management system for an incident, the scene management system comprising: a first communication device including a first sensor configured to provide first sensor data regarding a first data source associated with a first agency, wherein the first agency is a fire department; a second communication device including a second sensor configured to provide second sensor data regarding a second data source associated with a second agency different from the first agency, wherein the second agency is at least one of a police department, a medical service, or a military branch; and processing circuitry configured to be selectively located at a scene of the incident, the processing circuitry in communication with the first communication device and the second communication device and configured to: receive the first sensor data and the second sensor data; receive a first agency identifier corresponding to the first agency from the first communication device; receive a second agency identifier corresponding to the second agency from the second communication device; determine that both the first sensor data and the second sensor data should be transferred to a first remote device associated with the first agency based on the first agency identifier and the second agency identifier; transmit the first sensor data and the second sensor data to the first remote device; determine that (a) the first sensor data should not be transferred to a second remote device and (b) the second sensor data should be transferred to the second remote device based on the first agency identifier and the second agency identifier; and transmit the second sensor data to the second remote device.
  2. 2 . The scene management system of claim 1 , wherein the first data source is a vehicle, and wherein the first sensor data is configured to indicate at least one of a status of the vehicle, a position of the vehicle, or information regarding a surrounding environment of the vehicle.
  3. 3 . The scene management system of claim 2 , wherein the first communication device is onboard the vehicle, and wherein the processing circuitry includes a processing circuit onboard the vehicle.
  4. 4 . The scene management system of claim 1 , wherein the first data source is a piece of equipment, and wherein the first sensor data is configured to indicate at least one of a status of the piece of equipment, a position of the piece of equipment, or information regarding a surrounding environment of the piece of equipment.
  5. 5 . The scene management system of claim 1 , wherein the first data source is an individual, and wherein the first sensor data is configured to indicate at least one of a health of the individual, a position of the individual, or information regarding a surrounding environment of the individual.
  6. 6 . The scene management system of claim 1 , wherein the first sensor data indicates a first location of the first data source, wherein the second sensor data indicates a second location of the second data source, and wherein the processing circuitry is configured to generate a graphical user interface including: an image of a scene of an incident; the first location of the first data source; and the second location of the second data source.
  7. 7 . A scene management system for an incident, the scene management system comprising: a first communication device including a first sensor configured to provide first sensor data regarding a first data source associated with a first agency; a second communication device including a second sensor configured to provide second sensor data regarding a second data source associated with a second agency different from the first agency; a first local device configured to be selectively located at a scene of the incident, wherein the first local device is associated with a first individual having a first rank; and a second local device configured to be selectively located at the scene of the incident, wherein the second local device is associated with a second individual having a second rank; wherein the first communication device, the second communication device, the first local device, and the second local device are configured to communicate wirelessly to form a mesh network; wherein the first local device is configured to transmit the first sensor data and the second sensor data to a remote device prior to the second local device joining the mesh network; and wherein the second local device is configured to transmit the first sensor data and the second sensor data to the remote device in response to a determination that both (a) the second local device has joined the mesh network and (b) the second rank of the second individual is higher than the first rank of the first individual.
  8. 8 . A scene management system for an incident, the scene management system comprising: a first communication device including a first sensor configured to provide first sensor data regarding a first data source associated with a first agency; a second communication device including a second sensor configured to provide second sensor data regarding a second data source associated with a second agency different from the first agency; a first local device configured to be selectively located at a scene of the incident, wherein the first local device is associated with the first agency; and a second local device configured to be selectively located at the scene of the incident, wherein the second local device is associated with the second agency; wherein the first communication device, the second communication device, the first local device, and the second local device are configured to communicate wirelessly to form a mesh network; wherein the first local device is configured to transmit the first sensor data and the second sensor data to a remote device prior to the second local device joining the mesh network; and wherein the second local device is configured to transmit the first sensor data and the second sensor data to the remote device in response to a determination that both (a) the second local device has joined the mesh network and (b) the second agency has a primary charge designation.
  9. 9 . A scene management system for an incident, the scene management system comprising: a first communication device including a first sensor configured to provide first sensor data regarding a first data source associated with a first agency, wherein the first sensor data indicates a first location of the first data source; a second communication device including a second sensor configured to provide second sensor data regarding a second data source associated with a second agency different from the first agency, wherein the second sensor indicates a second location of the second data source; and processing circuitry configured to be selectively located at a scene of the incident, the processing circuitry in communication with the first communication device and the second communication device, wherein the processing circuitry is configured to: receive the first sensor data and the second sensor data; cause a camera of a user device associated with personnel at the scene to capture an image of a scene of the incident; and generate a graphical user interface based on the image of the scene, wherein the graphical user interface includes the first location of the first data source and the second location of the second data source overlaid onto the image captured by the camera.
  10. 10 . The scene management system of claim 9 , wherein the graphical user interface includes information regarding a status of the first data source.
  11. 11 . A scene management system for an incident, the scene management system comprising: a first communication device including a first sensor configured to provide first sensor data regarding a first data source associated with a first agency, wherein the first sensor data indicates a location of the first data source; a second communication device including a second sensor configured to provide second sensor data regarding a second data source associated with a second agency different from the first agency; and processing circuitry configured to be selectively located at a scene of the incident, the processing circuitry in communication with the first communication device and the second communication device, wherein the processing circuitry is configured to: receive the first sensor data and the second sensor data; transmit the first sensor data and the second sensor data to a remote device; determine, based on the first sensor data, that the first data source has left a scene of an incident; and provide a notification in response to a determination that the first data source has left the scene of the incident.
  12. 12 . The scene management system of claim 11 , wherein the first data source is an individual, wherein the second data source is a vehicle, wherein the second sensor data indicates a location of the vehicle, and wherein the processing circuitry is configured to: determine, based on the first sensor data and the second sensor data, that the individual is onboard the vehicle; determine, based on an agency associated with the vehicle, a destination of the vehicle; and provide the notification in response to the determination that the first data source has left the scene of the incident, wherein the notification includes the destination of the vehicle.
  13. 13 . A scene management system for an incident, the scene management system comprising: a first communication device including a first sensor configured to provide first sensor data regarding a first data source associated with a first agency, wherein the first sensor data indicates a location of the first data source; a second communication device including a second sensor configured to provide second sensor data regarding a second data source associated with a second agency different from the first agency, wherein the second sensor data indicates a location of the second data source; and processing circuitry configured to be selectively located at a scene of the incident, the processing circuitry in communication with the first communication device and the second communication device, the processing circuitry configured to: receive the first sensor data and the second sensor data; transmit the first sensor data and the second sensor data to a remote device; determine, based on the first sensor data and the second sensor data, that the first data source is moving away from the second data source; and provide a notification in response to a determination that the first data source is moving away from the second data source.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED PATENT APPLICATIONS This application claims the benefit of and priority to (i) U.S. Provisional Application No. 63/461,157, filed on Apr. 21, 2023, (ii) U.S. Provisional Application No. 63/461,161, filed on Apr. 21, 2023, (iii) U.S. Provisional Application No. 63/543,229, filed on Oct. 9, 2023, and (iv) U.S. Provisional Application No. 63/625,736, filed on Jan. 26, 2024, the entire disclosures of which are hereby incorporated by reference herein. BACKGROUND Response vehicles include various features and systems for assisting an operator of the response vehicle in responding to an incident. By way of example, the systems may provide navigation assistance, warning lights, or other information to an operator. However, such systems are limited to providing information at the vehicle, thereby preventing an operator positioned remotely from the vehicle from interacting with the system. SUMMARY At least one embodiment relates to a scene management system including a first communication device including a first sensor configured to provide first sensor data regarding a first data source associated with a first agency, a second communication device including a second sensor configured to provide second sensor data regarding a second data source associated with a second agency different from the first agency, and processing circuitry in communication with the first communication device and the second communication device. The processing circuitry is configured to receive the first sensor data and the second sensor data and transmit the first sensor data and the second sensor data to a remote device. Another embodiment relates to a scene management system including a communication device including a sensor configured to provide location data indicating a location of a data source, the data source including at least one of an individual, a vehicle, or a piece of equipment, a user device including a display and a camera configured to capture image data, and processing circuitry in communication with the communication device and the user device. The processing circuitry is configured to receive the location data from the communication device, receive the image data from the user device, generate, based on the location data and the image data, a graphical user interface including an image of a scene of an incident with an indicator overlaid onto the image, the indicator showing the location of the data source relative to the scene, and cause the display of the user device to display the graphical user interface. Another embodiment relates to a scene management system including a first communication device including a first sensor configured to provide first location data indicating a location of a vehicle, a second communication device including a second sensor configured to provide second location data indicating a location of an individual, a third communication device including a third sensor configured to provide third location data indicating a location of a piece of equipment, and processing circuitry in communication with the first communication device, the second communication device, and the third communication device. The processing circuitry is configured to receive the first location data, the second location data, and the third location data, determine, based on the first location data, that the vehicle is leaving a scene of an incident, provide a first notification in response to a determination that the vehicle is leaving the scene, determine, based on (a) at least one of the first location data or the second location data and (b) the third location data, that the piece of equipment is being left behind, and provide a second notification in response to a determination that the piece of equipment is being left behind.
