A device may include a supply chain tracking system configured to: monitor distribution of a plurality of intelligent injection devices containing an injectable medication, verify an inventory of the injectable medication, track inventory levels, record usage data of the plurality of intelligent injection devices, transmit an update to the inventory based on the recorded usage; and forecast a future inventory level for the injectable medication.

Claims (20)

  1. 1 . A system for tracking intelligent injection device inventory, comprising: an intelligent injection device having: a barrel in fluid communication with a needle; a piston comprising a plunger; a microprocessor in electronic communication with a wireless module; sensors for detecting injection parameters; a supply chain tracking system configured to: monitor distribution of a plurality of intelligent injection devices containing an injectable medication; verify an inventory of the injectable medication; track inventory levels; record usage data of the plurality of intelligent injection devices; transmit an update to the inventory based on the recorded usage; and forecast a future inventory level for the injectable medication.
  2. 2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the sensors include a temperature sensor configured to detect temperature of the injectable medication.
  3. 3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the sensors include a load sensor configured to detect force measurements upon depression of the plunger.
  4. 4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the sensors include an amount sensor configured to detect quantity of medication delivered.
  5. 5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the sensors include a damage sensor configured to detect physical defects in the device.
  6. 6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the supply chain tracking system includes blockchain services for maintaining custody records.
  7. 7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the supply chain tracking system generates an alert based on an inventory level below a specified level.
  8. 8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the system includes timestamping capabilities for tracking injection events.
  9. 9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the supply chain tracking system includes automated planning capabilities for inventory management.
  10. 10 . An intelligent medication inventory management system, comprising: a plurality of intelligent injection devices, each having: at least one usage sensor; a wireless communication module; a microprocessor; a custody and supply chain management system configured to: track the plurality of intelligent injection devices throughout a usage lifecycle; monitor a real-time inventory level of intelligent injection devices; forecast a future demand level for intelligent injection devices; and a transaction intelligence system configured to: optimize an inventory level.
  11. 11 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the custody and supply chain management system includes distributed ledger services.
  12. 12 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the system includes EMR/EHR integration capabilities.
  13. 13 . The system of claim 10 , further comprising a dashboard module for visualizing inventory data.
  14. 14 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the transaction intelligence system includes payment automation services.
  15. 15 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the system includes smart contract capabilities for automated transactions.
  16. 16 . The system of claim 10 , further comprising a reporting module for generating detailed inventory reports.
  17. 17 . An intelligent injection device inventory tracking system, comprising: a plurality of intelligent injection devices; a monitoring system configured to: track intelligent injection device usage patterns of the plurality of intelligent injection devices; manage an inventory level of intelligent injection devices; enable automated reordering of intelligent injection devices; a digital twin system configured to: simulate inventory processes; predict intelligent injection devices usage patterns; optimize targeted inventory levels of intelligent injection devices; and wherein the system uses machine learning to: analyze intelligent injection device usage data; predict intelligent injection device demand; and optimize an inventory level of intelligent injection devices.
  18. 18 . The system of claim 17 , wherein the digital twin system includes simulation modeling capabilities.
  19. 19 . The system of claim 17 , wherein the machine learning system includes neural network capabilities for demand prediction.
  20. 20 . The system of claim 17 , wherein the system includes generative AI capabilities for data analysis.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS This application is a continuation of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 19/031,862, filed on Jan. 18, 2025, which is a continuation of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 19/030,829, filed on Jan. 17, 2025, which claims the benefit of U.S. provisional application No. 63/715,505, filed on Nov. 1, 2024, which are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety. FIELD The present disclosure relates generally to a management platform for injection devices, such as syringes, and, more particularly, to data reporting regarding administration completion of an injectable pharmaceutical. BACKGROUND Understanding administration of drugs and their interaction in the healthcare ecosystem are important in delivering beneficial patient care. Applicant appreciates that regular pharmaceutical therapy and a need for real time data management related to both timing of and compliance in dosing bundled with increased information sharing across the care continuum can provide valuable insight for improving care and, in turn, reducing fraud, waste, and abuse. SUMMARY In some aspects, the techniques described herein relate to a system for tracking intelligent injection device inventory, including: an intelligent injection device having: a barrel in fluid communication with a needle; a piston including a plunger; a microprocessor in electronic communication with a wireless module; sensors for detecting injection parameters; a supply chain tracking system configured to: monitor distribution of a plurality of intelligent injection devices containing an injectable medication; verify an inventory of the injectable medication; track inventory levels; record usage data of the plurality of intelligent injection devices; transmit an update to the inventory based on the recorded usage; and forecast a future inventory level for the injectable medication.
