Abstract

The platform may include: a server configured to receive administration data from an intelligent injection device, a database configured to store treatment schedules, an artificial intelligence module configured to categorize injection events based on compliance with treatment schedules, and a reporting module configured to: generate detailed reports on patient adherence, automatically distribute reports to stakeholders, track patient outcomes, and facilitate management of healthcare documentation.

- 1 . A platform for managing injectable medication administration reporting, comprising: a server configured to receive administration data from an intelligent injection device; a database configured to store treatment schedules; an artificial intelligence module configured to categorize injection events based on compliance with treatment schedules; and a reporting module configured to: generate detailed reports on patient adherence, automatically distribute reports to stakeholders, track patient outcomes, and facilitate management of healthcare documentation.
- 2 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the reporting module automatically distributes reports to at least one of a patient, a healthcare worker, a manufacturer, and a healthcare payor.
- 3 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the reporting module is configured based on at least one of a patient profile and a prescribed healthcare plan for the patient.
- 4 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the reporting module is configured to report aggregated analytics across dosage administration events for a patient population.
- 5 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the reporting module is configured to facilitate electronic filling and signing of documentation.
- 6 . The platform of claim 5 , wherein the reporting module is configured to facilitate patient privacy and HIPAA compliance regarding healthcare documentation.
- 7 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the reporting module generates custody tracking reports to ensure medications are securely managed from manufacturer to patient.
- 8 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the reporting module generates compliance reports for regulatory purposes.
- 9 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the reporting module generates inventory and supply chain reports.
- 10 . A platform for real-time monitoring of injectable medication administration, comprising: a server configured to receive administration data from a wireless module associated with an intelligent injection device; a database configured to store treatment schedules; an artificial intelligence module configured to: calculate a compliance score for an injection event based on conformance of the administration data to at least one criterion of a treatment schedule, and compare the compliance score to a compliance threshold metric to categorize the injection event; a monitoring system configured to track user compliance; and a reporting module configured to generate and distribute compliance reports.
- 11 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the reporting module generates reports on price management.
- 12 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the reporting module generates reports on formulary management.
- 13 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the reporting module generates reports on distribution management.
- 14 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the reporting module includes stakeholder-specific intelligence functions for: demand forecasting, financial forecasting, waste tracking, and safety monitoring.
- 15 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the reporting module automatically populates electronic medical record fields with administration data.
- 16 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the reporting module generates reports for clinical trials to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to protocols.
- 17 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the reporting module tracks and reports patient outcomes for improving future care strategies.
- 18 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the reporting module generates fraud detection reports based on administration data analysis.
- 19 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the reporting module generates reports on potential adverse medication interactions based on patient data and treatment schedules.
- 20 . A method for managing injectable medication administration reporting, comprising: receiving administration data from an intelligent injection device; comparing the administration data to stored treatment schedules; generating detailed reports on patient adherence; automatically distributing reports to stakeholders; and tracking and reporting patient outcomes.
Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS This application is a continuation of Ser. No. 19/031,031, filed on Jan. 17, 2025, which claims the benefit of U.S. provisional application No. 63/715,505, filed on Nov. 1, 2024, each of which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety. FIELD The present disclosure relates generally to a management platform for injection devices, such as syringes, and, more particularly, to data reporting regarding administration completion of an injectable pharmaceutical. BACKGROUND Understanding administration of drugs and their interaction in the healthcare ecosystem are important in delivering beneficial patient care. Applicant appreciates that regular pharmaceutical therapy and a need for real time data management related to both timing of and compliance in dosing bundled with increased information sharing across the care continuum can provide valuable insight for improving care and, in turn, reducing fraud, waste, and abuse. SUMMARY In some aspects, the techniques described herein relate to a platform for managing injectable medication administration reporting, including: a server configured to receive administration data from an intelligent injection device; a database configured to store treatment schedules; an artificial intelligence module configured to categorize injection events based on compliance with treatment schedules; and a reporting module configured to: generate detailed reports on patient adherence, automatically distribute reports to stakeholders, track patient outcomes, and facilitate management of healthcare documentation.
