- 2 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the alerts module is configurable by a user to customize notification preferences and alert delivery methods.
- 3 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the alerts module is configurable by a healthcare provider to set alerts based on prescribed treatment schedules and medical determinations.
- 4 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the alerts module is automatically configured based on a prescribed injectable administration plan stored in the treatment schedule database.
- 5 . The platform of claim 4 , wherein the alerts module is configured to send a signal to a wearable device to display an alert to a patient indicating that a self-injection is due according to an injection schedule.
- 6 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the alerts module is configured to generate warnings when improper use of an intelligent injection device is detected by the artificial intelligence module.
- 7 . The platform of claim 6 , wherein the alerts module is configured to generate alerts regarding potential adverse medication interactions based on patient data and treatment schedules.
- 8 . The platform of claim 1 , wherein the alerts module is configured to generate notifications when administration data indicates incomplete or non-compliant injection events.
- 9 . The platform of claim 8 , wherein the alerts module is configured to generate warnings when temperature data from the intelligent injection device indicates potential degradation of medication during transport or storage.
- 10 . A platform for real-time monitoring of injectable medication administration, comprising: a server configured to receive administration data from a wireless module associated with an intelligent injection device, wherein the administration data includes at least one of: an injection device ID, a drug ID, a patient ID, a potency value, an administration completion flag, a timestamp, and temperature data; a database configured to store treatment schedules; an artificial intelligence module configured to: calculate a compliance score for an injection event based on conformance of the administration data to at least one criterion of a treatment schedule, and compare the compliance score to a compliance threshold metric to categorize the injection event; and a monitoring system configured to track user compliance with prescribed medication regimens.
- 11 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the artificial intelligence module is configured to detect behaviors that may negatively impact treatment compliance and trigger alerts to generate appropriate warnings.
- 12 . The platform of claim 11 , wherein the platform is configured to send notifications to healthcare providers when patient non-compliance is detected.
- 13 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the platform is configured to generate alerts based on real-time monitoring of injection events.
- 14 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the platform is integrated with at least one of: IoT devices configured to collect environmental data, wearable devices configured to collect patient biometric data, and electronic medical record systems configured to store patient treatment data.
- 15 . The platform of claim 14 , wherein the platform includes a verification module configured to: validate authenticity of the intelligent injection device, verify user identity prior to injection administration, and prevent medication errors in institutional settings.
- 16 . The platform of claim 15 , wherein the platform includes a custody and supply chain management system configured to: track medications from manufacturer to patient, ensure medications are securely managed, reduce risk of errors and fraud, and enhance patient safety.
- 17 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the artificial intelligence module is further configured to determine whether the intelligent injection device was fraudulently used or wasted based on the administration data.
- 18 . The platform of claim 17 , wherein the platform is configured to automatically populate electronic medical record fields with the administration data.
- 19 . The platform of claim 10 , wherein the platform is configured to process the administration data to make at least one of: medical determinations, insurance coverage determinations, and manufacturing determinations.
- 20 . A method for managing injectable medication administration alerts, comprising: receiving administration data from an intelligent injection device; comparing the administration data to stored treatment schedules; generating alerts based on the comparison of administration data to treatment schedules; delivering the alerts through at least one of: visual displays, audible outputs, and wearable devices; and configuring alert preferences based on user input and treatment requirements.
