Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS The application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 2024115743161, filed on Nov. 6, 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a technical field of golf bags and accessories, particularly to a tiltable standing golf bag base with a braking function and a golf bag with a braking function. BACKGROUND With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for quality of life has also increased. As a result, the number of people engaging in leisure, travel, and sports during their days off has grown rapidly. Among outdoor recreational activities, golf has become one of the most popular sports. Once considered an aristocratic pastime, golf has gradually become a widely accessible sport, gaining popularity among more and more people. Common golf bags can be classified into two types based on their standing method: one is upright, and the other is tilted. The advantage of a tilted golf bag is that it stands diagonally on the ground with the support of its legs, making it convenient for users to take and place golf clubs during the game. However, tilted golf bags do not equip with wheels. This is because the process of a tilted golf bag tilting to stand involves pressing the entire bag downwards at an angle to deploy the support legs and achieve the tilted standing position. If wheels were installed on the base, the golf bag would tend to slide to one side before the support legs could be deployed. This would not only prevent the legs from extending but also make the golf bag prone to falling over. Due to the above reasons, tilted golf bags do not have a wheel structure, which also makes it inconvenient for users to carry the bag, as it can only be carried by holding it suspended. SUMMARY The objective of the present invention is to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art and provide a golf bag base with a braking function and a golf bag with a braking function. The present invention is realized through the following technical solution. A golf bag base with a braking function, comprising a base on which wheels are installed. The base includes a fixed seat and a movable bracket. The proximal end of the movable bracket is hinged to the fixed seat, and the distal end of the movable bracket is equipped with wheels and the distal end of the movable bracket can pivot up and down around the hinge point with the fixed seat. The fixed seat includes a horizontal bottom surface and a stop portion, where the horizontal bottom surface is parallel to the ground. The stop portion is positioned higher than the horizontal bottom surface and is located within the pivoting path of the movable bracket. The pivoting path of the movable bracket in the upward direction is limited by the stop portion. The base also includes a braking component, which comprises several first engaging parts located on the wheels and a second engaging part located on the base. The first engaging parts are arranged to cooperate with the second engaging part, and when the movable bracket pivots upward, the first engaging parts gradually approach the second engaging part, causing the first engaging parts to engage with the second engaging part. In a further embodiment, a through connection hole is provided on the stop portion. In a further embodiment, a wheel placement groove is provided on the stop portion, the wheel placement groove is positioned to match the wheel's location, and when the movable bracket pivots to its highest position, the wheel is positioned inside the wheel placement groove. In a further embodiment, the first engaging parts are evenly distributed around the rolling surface of the wheel, and the second engaging part is located on the fixed seat and within the pivoting path of the movable bracket. In a further embodiment, the first engaging parts are evenly distributed around the inner surface of the wheel, and the second engaging part is located on the movable bracket. In a further embodiment, the fixed seat is also equipped with a sloped fixing block. The sloped fixing block has at least one tip pointed towards the ground and extends upwards from the tip with at least one sloped surface. In a further embodiment, the first engaging part are engaging holes, the second engaging part is an engaging shaft, the inner diameter of the engaging hole is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the engaging shaft, and the engaging hole is arranged to cooperate with the engaging shaft. In a further embodiment, a sliding device is also provided on the engaging shaft.
