Description

INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE This application is based on and claims the benefit of priority from Japanese patent application No. 2024-194822 Nov. 7, 2024, which is incorporated by reference in its entirety. BACKGROUND The present disclosure relates to a packaging material for an object to be packaged having a main body and a cord integrally connected to one side surface of the main body. An electric device such as a fixing unit used for a printer or the like has a main body and a power cord integrally connected to one side surface of the main body. When such an electric device is packaged in a packaging material, it is necessary to protect it from impact and to house the power cord compactly. For example, there is a packaging structure including a box body and cushioning materials disposed at four corners of the box body. The main body of the electric device is protected by the cushioning materials. The power cord removed from the main body is housed between the adjacent cushioning materials, and protected by a pad. SUMMARY A packaging material according to the present disclosure packages an object having a main body and a cord integrally connected to one side surface of the main body. The packaging material includes a box body and a cushioning material. The box body has a cylindrical plate and a bottom plate. The cushioning material is arranged in the box body, and the main body is placed on the cushioning material. The cushioning material has a housing space in which the cord is housed. The above and other objects, features, and advantages of the present disclosure will become more apparent from the following description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in which a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure is shown by way of illustrative example. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional perspective view of a packaging material according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional side view showing a packaging material (a state in which an object is packaged) according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a cushioning material of the packaging material according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a spacer of the packaging material according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 5 is a developed view showing the cushioning material (blank sheet) of the packaging material according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 6 is a developed view showing the spacer (blank sheet) of the packaging material according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, a packaging material according to one embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. With reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the packaging material 1 will be described. FIG. 1 is a sectional perspective view showing the packaging material 1, and FIG. 2 is a sectional side view showing the packaging material 1 (a state in which an object 10 is packaged). In this embodiment, the packaging material 1 for packaging a fixing unit 3 used for a printer or the like as an object to be packaged will be described. The fixing unit 3 has a main body 5 for heating a toner image by IH and a plurality of power cords 7. The main body 5 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The power cords 7 are integrally connected to one short side surface of the main body 5 via a mounting portion 9. The packaging material 1 includes a box body 11, a cushioning material 13 arranged inside the box body 11, and a spacer 15. First, the box body 11 will be described. The box body 11 has a rectangular bottom plate 21, a pair of long side plates 23 and a pair of short side plates 25 rising from the four sides of the bottom plate 21, and a lid body 27. A length of the bottom plate 21 in the longitudinal direction X is longer than the longitudinal length of the main body 5 of the fixing unit 3, and a length of the bottom plate 21 in the transverse direction Y is equal to the transverse length of the main body 5. A height of the both side plates 23 and 25 is slightly higher than the total height of the main body 5 and the bundle of the power cords 7. The box body 11 is made of, for example, corrugated cardboard. Next, the cushioning material 13 will be described with reference to FIG. 3. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the cushioning material 13. The cushioning material 13 is formed by assembling a blank sheet made of corrugated board as described later. The cushioning material 13 has a rectangular bottom plate 31 having the same planar shape as the bottom plate 21 of the box body 11, and a pair of square cylindrical side walls 33 stood along both long sides of the bottom plate 31. A rectangular parallelepiped housing space 35 having an open upper surface is formed between the side walls 33. A height of the side walls 33 (a height of
