Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of stairs, in particular to attic stairs. BACKGROUND A top-mounted folding stair, also known as a top-mounted telescopic ladder, can be folded up, hidden, and mounted in the ceiling after use. It does not occupy ground space and saves more activity space compared with existing stairs, and is thus suitable for attic use. Chinese patent application with publication number of CN102753770A discloses a foldable ladder, in particular a foldable ladder embedded in a frame, including a frame embedded horizontally in a ceiling of a building, where walls of the frame are relatively deep due to the thick ceiling or the need for the assumed wall to extend across the top surface of the ceiling. The frame can be closed from a bottom cover, and the cover is connected to the frame by a hinge mechanism and a pull rod construction that limits the opening amplitude of the cover. The ladder includes three sections, with the uppermost ladder fixed to the cover. In the above solution, since the ladder is fixed to the cover, there are the following problems: since the uppermost ladder is fixed to the cover, in order to leave an enough space for the foot to step on, a certain distance needs to be maintained from the cover, resulting in the height of the entire foldable ladder being relatively high, requiring a frame with a deeper wall thickness, and the overall height being large. Secondly, since the ladder is fixed, adjustment cannot be performed when there is a slight deviation in the distance between the ladder and the ground. SUMMARY An objective of the present invention is to provide attic stairs to realize the adjustability of the stair assembly and improve the convenience of transportation and use. To achieve the above objective, the present invention discloses attic stairs, including: a frame assembly, including a plurality of side plates, where the plurality of side plates successively enclose an accommodation space; a door panel assembly, movably mounted below the side plates, where the door panel assembly includes a door panel and a fixed frame, and the fixed frame is fixedly mounted on the door panel; a plurality of adjustment members, mounted on two sides of the fixed frame; an attic stair assembly, including a plurality of foldable stair segments, where a lowermost stair segment is mounted on the adjustment members, a distance between the lowermost stair segment and the door panel is adjusted along the adjustment members, and the attic stair assembly is allowed to be accommodated in the accommodation space; and a hinge assembly, including two unfolding hinge mechanisms and two limiting hinge mechanisms. Ends of the two unfolding hinge mechanisms are respectively arranged at end portions of two sides of the fixed frame, and the other ends of the unfolding hinge mechanisms are connected to end portions of inner sides of the side plates, so that the door panel is allowed to rotate downward along a side of the unfolding hinge mechanisms to be opened and closed. Ends of the two limiting hinge mechanisms are respectively arranged at the middle of the fixed frame, and the other ends of the limiting hinge mechanisms are connected to the middles of the inner sides of the side plates for limiting an unfolding angle of the door panel. Furthermore, the attic stairs further include an elastic member. One end of the elastic member is connected to the limiting hinge mechanism, and the other end of the elastic member is connected to an end portion of the side plate. By arranging the elastic member, under the action of the elastic member, the attic stairs can be returned into the frame assembly after being used. Preferably, the unfolding hinge mechanism includes a first fixing member, a first connection rod, a second connection rod, and a second fixing member. The first fixing member is fixed to the end portion of the inner side of the side plate, and is arranged parallel to a length direction of the side plate. The second fixing member is fixed to an end portion of the fixed frame, and is arranged parallel to a length direction of the door panel. Two ends of the first connection rod are hingedly connected to a first end of the first fixing member and a first end of the second fixing member, respectively, and two ends of the second connection rod are hingedly connected to a second end of the first fixing member and a second end of the second fixing member, respectively, so that the first fixing member, the first connection rod, the second connection rod and the second fixing member are connected to form a quadrangle. Preferably, the limiting hinge mechanism includes a lower connection rod, an upper connection rod, a connection piece, a first hinge arm and a second hinge arm. The connection piece is rotatably connected to the middle of the inner side of the side plate. One end of the lower connection rod is hinged to the middle of the fixed frame, and the other end o
