The ornamental design for a carrier for floral arrangements and plants as shown and described.

Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a carrier for floral arrangements and plants in accordance with the subject disclosure. FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof; FIG. 3 is a front perspective view of a carrier for floral arrangements and plants in condition of use, showing the environment of a small pot base; FIG. 4 is a front perspective view of a carrier for floral arrangements and plants in condition of use, showing the environment of a large pot base; FIG. 5 is a left-side view, the right side being a mirror image, the front being an identical image, the rear view being a mirror image, thereof; FIG. 6 is a right-side section view according to the section line in FIG. 5, thereof; FIG. 7 is a top view thereof; and, FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof.
