- The ornamental design for a motion bed combined with a spinal warmer as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a motion bed combined with a spinal warmer showing our new design; FIG. 2 is a front view thereof; FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof; FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof; FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof; FIG. 6 is a top view thereof; FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof; FIG. 8 is a reference view showing a state where an upper right cover of the motion bed is used as a shelf; and, FIG. 9 is a reference view showing an inside accommodation space when the upper right cover of the motion bed is lifted. In the drawings, the broken lines represent portions of the motion bed combined with a spinal warmer which form no part of the claimed design.
