The ornamental design for a separator for container or cup as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a left side perspective view of a separator for container or cup, showing the new design. FIG. 2 is a front view thereof. FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof. FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof. FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof. FIG. 6 is a top view thereof. FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof; and, FIG. 8 is a left side view of the separator for container or cup thereof, shown in use with exemplary environmental subject matter of containers or cups. The broken lines are shown for the purpose of illustrating parts of the article as well as environmental subject matter of exemplary containers or cups. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.
