The ornamental design for an ultrasound device as shown and described.

Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the front, top and right sides of an ultrasound device showing the new design; FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the rear, top and left sides thereof; FIG. 3 is a front view thereof; FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof; FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof; FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof; FIG. 7 is a top view thereof; FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof; FIG. 9 is a right side view thereof in a state in which a handle is closed; and, FIG. 10 is a perspective view thereof in a state in which the handle is closed and a lid is closed. The present article is an ultrasound device, which has a lid attached to a rear side of a main body via a hinge, a display being provided at an inner surface of the lid. A handle is attached to a bottom surface at the rear side of the main body. The lid can be opened and closed around the hinge. The handle can be moved between a position where the handle protruding outward from the rear side is open, and a position along the bottom surface as shown in FIG. 9. The broken lines depict portions of the ultrasound device that form no part of the claimed design.
